Been with them for years and will be closing my account due to incorrectly being charged late fee and they refuse to solve the problem. Not a problem with this specific branch, but their mortgage system.

So I work at the mall and it was time for me to take my stores deposit to this bank.I drove to this bank and had to sit in the line behind a singular car that was in that way of getting to the depository and since there was only one car I thought is wouldn’t be long before I could drop it off and go grab a bite to eat.So long story short, the short wait turned into a half hour one with people in their cars going around me and leaving. Eventually I decided to get out of the line, park, and walk on foot from the banks parking lot to the drive through where the depository was.When left the bank, the same car that had caused the wait was still there.

I just moved to the area. This was my first time at this Wells Fargo branch, Oaks Mall location. The service that Shadi Ruiz Bona provided us was outstanding. Our appointment was on time. We were never hurried along. He made us feel welcome and he offered helpful advice in signing different documents which would protect our assets. He shared his knowledge and provided excellent customer service.
