Was referred to this shop for my son's VW by another reputable shop in Gainesville. Our first service with them was today and it was great. They did what they said they would do and pricing is very fair. When we scheduled the appt, they said to drop it off and pickup later but when my son had problems getting a ride while dropping it off, they offered to get it down while he waited. They will be our go to shop for this car now! Thanks, guys!

I highly recommend werkshop 49. They are professional, honest, skilled and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop every step of the way. That is a rare find in mechanics these days. They are very busy but that's what happens when you're good and in demand.

These guys are the definition of professionals. It was my first time with them, and they made the whole process of getting my car diagnosed so easy. Shane set up the appointment easily, and they had my car diagnostic done within the same day. Then gave me accurate and detailed estimates within 2 days. I definitely will be using them for all maintenance and repairs going forward for my 1999 BMW 528i sport.

Went in for a diagnostic and oil change, they explained the cars problem to me thoroughly, and made it easy to understand. They checked over the car and gave me advisory areas to consider for service, but did not hard sell. Amazing and friendly service, I would recommend and use their service again.

Werkshop49 is amazing. My wife and I brought our Audi Q7 here to have it fixed before we sell it. They sent me a full diagnostic of the issue that I suspected and gave a full breakdown of everything that they recommended. I had told them that I wanted this car in perfect working order as I sell it and so they broke down a list of everything that they could do and gave me a clear understanding of what was priority and what wasn't. There were multiple things that we decided to do on the vehicle and as multiple of these jobs had overlapping Scopes they actually removed quite a bit of cost off of the original estimate because they did not want to double charge me for anything. This is not common practice with any mechanic shops. They do seem quite short staffed and it took a few weeks to get it taken care of but in light of the delays they even took in some additional cost off. This was such a good experience that I am actually a little sad that we are selling the Audi because we have found an incredible mechanic here in town and will no longer have a European Vehicle. Be patient with them as they are quite often slammed with jobs, but it is well worth the wait.

Just moved here from Fort Lauderdale had a problem with my Audi call, a lot of shop to get quotes five $600 for simple stuff call shop 49 they took care of me and now they’re my go to shop 👍 and will be back to do my brakes and my tuneup

Our car had to be towed in by AAA to this shop. I chose this shop based on the reviews I read and a coworker's previous experience. Boy were they right about this place! I spoke to Viktor and I knew we were in good hands from day-1. He was very honest about the issues and never pushed us to do purchase or do anything that wasn't needed. The price was very fair and the car was done sooner than expected.
After picking up the car we realized we had another problem that needed to be fixed. We drove it immediately back and somehow received even better service this time around. Even though this issue was totally unrelated to the recent work, they were nice enough to work with us and even gave us a discount on the additional repair to help us out. That is the honest type of customer service that is rare to find in this town, especially in a German car shop that was filled with high-end car brands like Porsche, BMW, and Ferrari.
I highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone!
