He was able to remove the nail and helped me realize it wasn't punctured through. He did all of the inspection for free even though the tire was not punctured. Not only did they diagnose that two tires were defective for being out of round, but they contacted Goodyear for me, and had two new tires delivered, and mounted and balanced them for me and checked the alignment. All counter folks and technicians were so helpful and patient at answering any questions I had, and showing me actual road force readings, and explaining the corrective action.. Very sincere honest folks and such a hard working/efficient team.. Technicians and counter folks all great! I know this is long, but I can't say enough good about them compared to other shops nowadays.. They deserve praise!
