Brian and the owner, Tyson, were very thorough in determining what repairs needed to be done on my car. They explained all the work they would be performing. There was more damage to my car than first quoted, but Brian communicated with me and explained what needed to be completed. They even kept the damaged parts to show me why repairs were necessary.
There were numerous cosmetic damage repairs on my car. They only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and all mechanical work was done by a certified Mercedes technician. My car looked brand new when I picked it up 2 weeks later.
Custom Classics Collision doesn’t cut corners and does high quality work. This is the second time we have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.”

“Gerber did a fantastic job repairing a dent in the roof, major cracks in the windshield, and a dent in the hood following a large tree branch that fell on my car. Insurance paid most of the bill, and now my car looks like it was new. There was a slight delay with the windshield, as the first windshield Honda sent was cracked. Gerber kept me informed throughout the process and everything was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the results.”

“After accidentally hitting my car on a concrete garage pillar downtown, my car got banged up! I was feeling so disappointed in myself for being so careless!! I called my insurance to see if I could take it to the closest collision center and the one I was sent to was the location on N. Florida Ave. The staff in there turned my whole day around! The girl at the front desk was sooo helpful and sweet, she offered me water, coffee and popcorn while I waited. I really wasn’t expecting that at all! There was another girl named Ashlee that helped me too and was also so sweet, they really know how to treat customers great especially since people are obviously there from having some kind of situation occur so the sensitivity towards our feelings really matters! My car was there for a little over a week, the shop texted me with every update, when I finally got my car back it looked like new!!! Best experience!”

“I brought in my car after I was rear-ended and was greeted by Ernie and his staff. Before I explained what happened in the accident on our way for Ernie to inspect, the first words he expressed were “is everyone okay?” Truly caring.
Ernie and his staff finished my car as quickly as possible, and had it cleaned for me on pick up day after Ernie ensured the parts were in outstanding condition for replacement. “Picked up my vehicle today from Alex and Gustavo and I’m completely amazed at the incredible work the shop did. Passenger side was destroyed in an accident and doors could not be opened. Even a large part that goes around the entire passenger side that includes the door jams had damage and I was skeptical as to how much of it would be repaired or replaced. Crash Champions was able to completely restore the entire passenger side from end to end and it all looks factory new as well as fully functional.
The entire experience was A+ from drop off to ease of pick up. I showed up at closing time to pick up my car and Alex and Gustavo could not have been friendlier and more helpful. They even gave me advice unrelated to the work they did. I received constant updates throughout the time of the repair yet they were not overwhelming. The professionalism, customer service, and welcoming nature of the shop is all top-tier.”
