“Got a paint job done back in 2022. Brand new white, the original paint job was great, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the paint started chipping in under a year. I took the car back in to get it fixed up (under warranty) Andre helped me get it done in a limited time frame, and even buffed out some minor scratches I had gotten that wouldn't normally fall under warranty protection. Didn't charge me anything. The help was above and beyond; I would recommend them.”

“I hit a pole with my truck and needed to find a body shop. My insurance company sent me a list of preferred shops they recommended in the Tampa area. After reading I realized a couple of things: 1. Most of the shops seemed to be part of some corporate chain. 2. All the bad reviews about these body shop chains had the same theme. Customers were complaining about theft to vehicles and poor service with the same employee names being mentioned over and over. I took a chance on a smaller shop named Kula's Collision in Tampa off of E. Columbus Drive, after reading their reviews and seeing pics of their work , I decided to go with them. I spoke to the owner Brad and he was able to get me in the same day. He worked with my insurance and gave me a 7 day turn around. During the week, I received texts messages with repair updates with pics. Not only did he meet the time of the return date but my car was washed and detailed on the inside. An even better bonus, was they even adjusted my bed cover when they re-installed it after the repair was done. Now it opens perfectly. I want to give a special shout out to Lance and Justin for going above and beyond making sure my truck was perfect. You cant even tell there was damage to the fender. There was no signs of overspray on the inner edges which is the telltale sign of a paint repair. I hope to never have to go back for body work, unless it's for custom paint job. LOL! Check out the before and after pics. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kula's Collision!!”

“The best of the best! Devin worked on our alignment/stabilizer bar issue on our 2022 Bay Star Sport motorhome which is built on an F53 Ford chassis. He fixed the problem that was causing our camper to pull to the right. Even the Ford dealer couldn't figure out why this was occurring. The casters (if that is the correct term) were put in upside down on the front steering stabilizer by a Ford dealer. Devin took the time to do the adjustments - then drove the MH, then did further adjustments until now it runs perfectly straight! He is knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This company is the best and will service all of our F53 motorhome chassis when we are in Florida. Don't go anywhere else!”

“Five Stars and then some for Eur-Am Auto and Ernie Fernandez and his brother Rick – owners of Eur-Am Auto.My son has a 2018 Subaru Legacy in excellent mechanical condition that he will be driving until June when he sells it to move north for a new job where he won’t need a car (welcome to the Big Apple).HOWEVER, backing out of a parking space a few months ago, the front bumper cover caught on the parking stanchion and pulled the bumper out of alignment. He had a quick fix some months back when a mechanic could snap the bumper cover back in place...but like all things with age and wear the bumper cover started to pull away from it’s clips.I am new to town and did a bit of research and Eur-Am was close to where we were that afternoon and there were (for good reason) rave reviews. We went to Eur-Am near closing on Thursday and I thought (what do I know) that fifteen minutes and a kind and patient owner would give me quick estimate.Instead, Ernie spent a few moments on hands and knees examining the bumper cover from underneath and then a half hour explaining the way in which the bumper cover might be fixed – from replacing a few plastic clips to hold the cover on, to replacing the bumper cover altogether, and the primer and paint process that might be required.With model and VIN number in hand he showed me the computer software rendering of the bumper cover and layers beneath and the parts that might be necessary. Next morning he hunted down the availability of Subaru parts – not expensive but there is still a supply problem (he called it “sketchy”) for Subaru parts.And then, most honestly, he advised that since my son would be selling the car soon we’d be just as well off NOT fixing the bumper (and incurring not only the expense of repair but the expense of a rental car and the inconvenience of time lost in the process) as he guessed that bumper cover repaired or not we might still get the same offer from an eager CarGuru or CarMax dealer.I can’t speak to the work in repair (but it would appear any number of MB and Audi cars were on the lot in some sort of disassembly) but I can speak to his (and Eur-Am’s corporate) integrity.Five stars and then some!”

“First off I know people tend to read the first line of reviews, so very happy with Five Star!. We took our 04 Explorer there because I was getting a flashing "OD Off" light, which is indicative of a transmission issue. I also read a PCM code that indicated a shift servo fault. They checked the servos and they were working so the initial thought was perhaps a transmission fluid change may solve the problem, then they dropped the pan. Inside was metallic debris indicating a more serious problem and they recommended transmission swap. This was performed and the vehicle is working great again. The nice thing was they did not go right to transmission change without considering other, less-expensive options first. Obviously once the debris was found they did not proceed with a fluid swap; they did the transmission swap. Very pleased with their approach to the issue and the resolution. Will definitely go there again.Service: Transmission”
