“Gerber did a fantastic job repairing a dent in the roof, major cracks in the windshield, and a dent in the hood following a large tree branch that fell on my car. Insurance paid most of the bill, and now my car looks like it was new. There was a slight delay with the windshield, as the first windshield Honda sent was cracked. Gerber kept me informed throughout the process and everything was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the results.”

“Celina was an absolute God send. I got into a pretty bad accident where Celina jumped in immediately to help me and walk me through the whole process. She was upfront about what to expect every step of the way. Unfortunately my car ended up being a total loss, but even then she didn’t just leave me hanging. She pointed me to the right people who could help me understand the total loss process and what my next steps were. She also helped me with the rental situation and let me know I could get a discounted rate through Enterprise, which saved me a headache during an already stressful time. Communication was clear and prompt the entire way through. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and that’s rare these days.
