“Great place to find S4S, S2S hard and exotic woods. I go there for Red Oak but they have Maple, Ash,. Cherry, Teak, Mahogany, and several others I have never heard of. They also have dimensioned Cypress. Highly recommend stopping by for yourself. They also maintain lumber prices on their website.”
“I AM A PLUMBING CONTRACTOR, AND I SPENT 4 HOURS ON 12-28-22 TRYING TO FIND A TOOL I NEEDED FOR A LARGE JOB- CALLING AT LEAST 15 TOOL PLACES, INCLUDING HD AND LOWES- NOTHING AVAILABLE- THEN THE NEXT MORNING I TRIED AGAIN AND FOUND POWER BOLT AND TOOL IN RIVERVIEW FL AND THAY ANSERED THE PHONE EARLY IN AM BEFORE THEY ACUALLY OPENED, HAD THE TOOL, AND THEN SAID THEY WOULD DELIVER IT TO ME!!!....MEETING ME HALF WAY FROM TAMPA TO ARCADIA- I PAID FOR IT, WHICH WAS THE LOWEST PRICE I HAD ALREADY FOUND ONLINE- (BUT WITH 10 DAY DELIVERYS) AND PROCEED TO MEET THE SALESMAN, THEN HE TEXTED ME AND SAID THAT HE FOUND A FLYER FOR THE NEXT WEEK AND APPLIED IT TO THE PRICE SAVING ME ANOTHER 600 BUCKS!!!....THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!!!

“Akosya French - Safety is and has always been a top priority of Rosen Materials. What you did not state in your comment is that your fiance failed to properly secure his load and that is why the material he was hauling became a hazard. He used a single strap instead of two which is a DOT requirement. After his incident another driver was dispatched to help recover and secure his load properly. He was then ASKED if he felt that he could make it back to the shop and HE made the decision to drive back to the shop. Every driver has the right to refuse unsafe loads this is stated very clearly in your fiance DOT handbook. Your fiance's is solely responsible for his own actions and please remember, defamation is punishable by law.Also, the staff is friendly and their prices are very competitive.”
