Their prices typically are way lower, customer service is better, and no stupid policies such as only being able to return product at the store you bought it from.”
“Purchased a bag of SGM almond grout from their website. Super hard to find this brand in California. Not realizing they were located in Tampa, Florida, I gave them a call to follow-up on the order. It could have been real easy for them to cancel the order and tell me the distance was too far, but instead they took care of the customer and shipped a 25 lb. bag of grout all the way to SoCal. I paid for the shipping and was happy to do so. Thank you SLBS for doing this. I very much appreciate you getting me the grout. Big thumbs up to Michael Anthony, sales advisor. “Great place to find S4S, S2S hard and exotic woods. I go there for Red Oak but they have Maple, Ash,. Cherry, Teak, Mahogany, and several others I have never heard of. They also have dimensioned Cypress. Highly recommend stopping by for yourself. They also maintain lumber prices on their website.”

“I’m a pro customer and spend over $100,000.00 annually at the Home Depot. With that said I’m in multiple Home Depot stores often and sometimes two or more stores per day. I must say the best service of any of the many Home Depot stores I shop at has to be the memorial Hwy Home Depot, hands down. There are a lot of friendly and knowledgeable associates there and one in particular is Destiny at the pro desk who has been extremely helpful with my purchases, pricing and delivery on recent projects of mine.
