“Suitsupply almost turned into the typical suit store experience. Inattentive employees, customer service was subpar, management even seemed to be lacking customer service skills. Right before turning to my wife and leaving, Pierce came up and introduced himself and assisted me, I was envisioning a custom suit for my wedding that stood out and was above the rest, he helped me put together my own custom suit and paint the picture I imagined for myself. Pierce’s customer service skills and personality made my experience really valuable. Spending custom suit money shouldn’t lack the customer centric approach and he embodies that. Thank you Pierce.”
“I regularly come here to pick up a t shirt and occasionally a few other items and the staff are spot on with everything they are helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store and even offer you coupons if they have them and the cherry on top is they always offer an incentive to get you to come back”

“In early November, 2022, my wife and I went to a men's high end fashion store in Milan Italy which for decades was a "wish list" for a couple of stunning made to measure suits. BIG MISTAKE. The third attempt was to drive to their state side flagship store in Bal Harbor, Miami for the third measurement. BIG MISTAKE. That fashion company has yet to 100% refund that expensive disaster.Enter Kirby's. Michael at Kirby's came to the rescue after those three attempts to get the suits properly measured by what was I thought to be a destination tailor in Milan. Not only were the Kirby's huge selection of fabrics a stunning experience, they got my suits and sport coats perfect the first time through their New York tailors.Don't make the mistake I did; buy where the tailors and couture approach works for you in the executive space you work. In fact, it is worth a trip to Tampa to engage Michael and the entire no hassle Kirby's professionals who will get you taken care of with a proper fit, stunning style, and cost effective couture of men's styles.”
“Not one to usually leave reviews but this one was deserved. First time getting custom fitted suits and Erin couldn’t have made it a better experience. We were on a bit of a deadline with weddings/events approaching but she went above and beyond to make sure the suits were tailored to my liking. Whole process was phenomenal, from picking out material, to the fitting, to getting it tailored and she even went out of her way to have it delivered. Really appreciate the attention to detail on the customer service along with the craftsmanship of the suits.”
“I've been going to GK fashions for the last 7 years and they have never let me down. As soon as you come in the store someone approaches you to give you assistance. If you go in any other clothing store you can walk around for 25 minutes before you can even find help, but not here. And whoever it is that greets you at the door, they stick with you until the sale is finished. For me it's usually Peter, or Ray who are the salesman who helped me. Both of them are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even the owner is amazing. She's very businesslike so you may not see her smiling, but she gives excellent service, and suggestions on what clothing style will fit you and look the best. I can't recommend GK high enough, they're awesome.”
“I am very particular with the clothing I wear. I find today's styles are not a fit for me so that is why I love working with Tom James as my clothier. Erik Peterson, my rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't try to change the way I like my cloths to look. I saw a jacket the other day on a video, called Erik, and he came to my office that day. I showed him the video and asked if they could make that jacket for me. That was no problem for them. They are even getting me the buttons I wanted for that jacket. You can't go wrong with Tom James as your clothier.”

“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”

“I needed a wardrobe upgrade. I’m low-to-mid-40s, not large but not slim fit as most stores carry surplus of. I’m also one of those guys that pieces a bunch of random stuff together and never feels great on what I have cobbled together. Had success with bonobos for a suit for special occasions in the past so wanted to see what they had in store for business attire that could also translate to personal use as well.Walked into the store in Tampa on Snow Avenue and was greeted and helped by Ricky Henriquez and Steven Robinson. These guys put together one of THE BEST shopping experiences I’ve had and especially with clothes where I generally walk away feeling worse. These guys knocked it out of the park and I now have an actual wardrobe of mix and match pants, shirts and sportcoats that fit me perfectly, make me feel comfortable, and have the right structure to look great on my frame.Ricky and Steve, that was a blast. You all provided a great experience, we had fun, laughed a lot and you joined in on my self deprecating humor very respectfully. If I’m going anywhere to buy more, which I plan to, I’ll be going in on a day these two guys are working.If you are in my same predicament - do yourself a favor and go to Bonobos - you won’t be disappointed.”

“Great service and the clothes are fantastic and my new favorite brand. My wife ordered me a blazer online and I wasn’t sure about the fit so we went into the store at Hyde Park and they took care of us. And while there we picked up two shirts and dress pants. The slim fit is great and fits well/not baggy. And the non iron fabric is a must. Dress pants had a little band inside and around the waist, which helps keep the shirt a little bit more secure/tucked in. That was a nice touch. Highly recommended.”

Greiners is exactly what I was looking for. The attention and assistance I receive is first class. I had a new suit custom made for my daughter's wedding and it turned out great. Help selecting the right ties and pocket square to pull it all together was much appreciated.
