“Whomever employees the team at this Jos. A. Bank location should be given the highest praise possible - almost as high as the courteous, quick and knowledgeable attention I received from all my interactions this past visit. Jacob, whom originally took my call could easily go work for a 5-star hotel the way he was cordial & accommodating over the phone when booking an appointment. He even recalled our conversation when I entered later that evening. He introduced me to his associate, Kevin. Man, you’d think Kevin had been doing this for decades-upon-decades as the young gentleman’s passion for looking clean-and-cut was evident…that ensuring the customer left feeling the same was obvious. He ensured my level of comfort ever step of the way. The crew here has continually showed up & showed out. I’ve been here a handful of times but I can genuinely say, this falls at the top of the best visits I’ve had. Kudos, gents. Thanks for all the help this evening.”
“Really nice store with a great selection of items.
Has a large selection of squishmallows and other toys, including some that are hard to find at other locations.
Some items are overpriced for what you can get, such as a $300 dinosaur plush with a Christmas hat. It was at least 4 ft tall, but it still is a high price point.”
“Great shopping experience all around. This store was staffed well, and they were extremely caring and helpful. Good, reasonable sale prices. I purchased a wool pair of green dress pants for $10 when they were originally $250. Checkout staffer and was extremely friendly and helpful.”

“I ordered Size 2x work mittens for my husband for Valentine's Day. They are hard to find, especially during this extremely cold winter. I called to check on my order on 2/11. The kind gentleman who answered the phone told me they just received a new shipment and they would be sent that day. A few minutes later a lovely woman named Joanne called and said she was emailing me my shipping tracking number. I just received the mittens 2/13 in time for Valentine's Day. They are excellent quality. Thank you for your quick response and excellent customer service. If we're ever in your area we will definitely visit your shop.”
