“I was in a rush to find some new shirts. I'm average height but regular shirts are not long enough. Due to having to pick my daughter up from her performance, I only had about 30 min to shop. I easily found several pieces that were good quality and comfortable. The associate who assisted me understood my time crunch and exactly what I was looking for, and he went out of his way to assist by bringing things of different styles and colors in my size to the dressing room so I could try them.i will be back.”

“Not one to usually leave reviews but this one was deserved. First time getting custom fitted suits and Erin couldn’t have made it a better experience. We were on a bit of a deadline with weddings/events approaching but she went above and beyond to make sure the suits were tailored to my liking. Whole process was phenomenal, from picking out material, to the fitting, to getting it tailored and she even went out of her way to have it delivered. Really appreciate the attention to detail on the customer service along with the craftsmanship of the suits.”

“I am very particular with the clothing I wear. I find today's styles are not a fit for me so that is why I love working with Tom James as my clothier. Erik Peterson, my rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't try to change the way I like my cloths to look. I saw a jacket the other day on a video, called Erik, and he came to my office that day. I showed him the video and asked if they could make that jacket for me. That was no problem for them. They are even getting me the buttons I wanted for that jacket. You can't go wrong with Tom James as your clothier.”

“I've been going to GK fashions for the last 7 years and they have never let me down. As soon as you come in the store someone approaches you to give you assistance. If you go in any other clothing store you can walk around for 25 minutes before you can even find help, but not here. And whoever it is that greets you at the door, they stick with you until the sale is finished. For me it's usually Peter, or Ray who are the salesman who helped me. Both of them are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even the owner is amazing. She's very businesslike so you may not see her smiling, but she gives excellent service, and suggestions on what clothing style will fit you and look the best. I can't recommend GK high enough, they're awesome.”

“This location deserves 10/5 stars - I wish I could rate them higher. Lisa, the head of the show, is incredible. I had an issue with shipping and delivery - my jacket never showed up from FedEx. No picture, false information saying it was “stored in a private locker”. She called me multiple times throughout the process, helped me problem solve by having me call FedEx / speak with my apartment, and then worked magic on her end. You can imagine how devastated I felt when I discovered my wedding jacket (I’m the groom so imagine what my fiancé was feeling) didn’t arrive. Not once did I feel the situation was not under control. If you have not been to this location / are looking for somewhere to shop, I cannot recommend this place enough. Moreover, the new suit jacket delivered for to the store had a defect in it - again, Lisa called me to update me and had a new one promptly delivered. Because of Lisa’s efforts, my groom suit is now complete. Thank you 1,000,000x over to Lisa and colleagues.”

I saw these cute Pearl bracelets with the gummie bears on them!to go with her white sweater. It's still a girly grownish look. I thought they were perfect! The staff was so helpful. “I needed a new bra for an outfit that I was going to wear the next day. The lady who assisted me was so very nice and helpful. She even came into the dressing room to assist me with the proper sizing. That was how shopping used to be, people who actually cared and went the extra mile. That was a great experience, I have not had service like that since the 1990s. She went back and got what she thought would be a great fit after seeming the bras on me first hand, and she was right about the sizing and the style. I left very, very happy as a customer who didn't frequent Macy like I used to. You can tell she had experience and loved what she does, truly old school in handling her customers. Thanks”

“Great service and the clothes are fantastic and my new favorite brand. My wife ordered me a blazer online and I wasn’t sure about the fit so we went into the store at Hyde Park and they took care of us. And while there we picked up two shirts and dress pants. The slim fit is great and fits well/not baggy. And the non iron fabric is a must. Dress pants had a little band inside and around the waist, which helps keep the shirt a little bit more secure/tucked in. That was a nice touch. Highly recommended.”
