I easily found several pieces that were good quality and comfortable. The associate who assisted me understood my time crunch and exactly what I was looking for, and he went out of his way to assist by bringing things of different styles and colors in my size to the dressing room so I could try them.i will be back.”

“I went in very skeptical about finding any shoes and anxious about the interactions with a sales person. The gentleman that helped me could not have been any nicer or accommodating. I felt bad that none of the shoes were really working for me but he insisted that there was no need and kindly offered alternatives without making me feel like I was wasting time. I did not buy anything that day. The salesman seemed remorseful and genuinely wanted me to find the right pair of shoes just for me. I did not feel bad leaving and he wished me the best of luck. I left feeling productive because even though I didn't find exactly what I needed at the time I was able to rule out many options and very glad to find a wonderful place to go next time I need shoes.”

“Wow! The employees at this location deserved to be commended. They are not only friendly, but also quite helpful. A week ago, my mother and I were in trying to spend our Loft Cash (a promotional coupon) which we had quite a few of. We only ended up using about half of the coupons we had, but Andrew suggested that we come back when the new store set was out in a week or so, or shop online and bring in the order to use all of the coupons together. I came back a little over a week later with my full online shopping cart and item numbers ready to order. I was really excited to see that there was now a discount of 40% on everything in the store! I actually had to go find more items to purchase to use all of my coupons! Katie was so sweet, as she rang up my rather large order... One item number at a time. She was so patient when I changed my order probably four times, and was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for in the store so that I could try it before ordering. The ordering process was very user-friendly, as it allowed me to shop in my pajamas at home, and then go to the store to order and use all of my coupons together! I will be back soon to earn more Loft Cash! Thank you, Andrew and Katie!!”

“This location is great!! They suggested a foot scan which I had never done before and went through the results with me which was shocking. I thought I had pretty flat feet and it turns out I have extremely high arches and probably have not been wearing the proper shoes. We got some inserts for my tennis shoes and they are extremely comfortable and I can put them in any one of my sneakers so my feet are supported. Very happy they recommended I do the scan even though they didn’t have the color I wanted in the shoes I came in for. Very knowledgeable team; I’m very impressed! I also joined the Club and have started earning rewards”

“I went to this store while visiting Tampa for work & I am so glad I did. I came across several pair of jordan 1’s OG, which are my absolute favorite shoe. The young lady that helped me was AMAZING. Her name was Ashley and she was extremely patient & helpful. Her customer service was nothing shy of 10 stars and as a person who works in customer service I critique peoples customer service all the time.. and she earned every star for this store. They didn’t have my size in the shoe I wanted but she looked up other locations for me as well as found me other options in the back that weren’t on the shelf. If you visit this store ask for Ashley or Steven they both were great & served me with smiles!! And I am not easy to deal with ?”

“The personnel at this location are very helpful and conscientious. I purchased a pillow Tabby and unfortunately, the leather Coach "C" on the front became scratched. I brought it in to have it repaired, fully willing to pay for the repair. The staff kindly processed the repair. I was then emailed by Coach explaining they could not repair the bag . This is very disappointing. This is an emblem on the bag not the bag itself. I have a hard time justifying a purchase or any further purchases at this price point that cannot be repaired. I expect more from Coach.”
