“Miss Cozette was very helpful- even AFTER the woman in front of me in line was extremely rude, belligerent, and made SEVERAL racist comments to include the “N-Bomb”. Disgusting behavior from the customer, but all of the staff was professional and helpful.”

“Thomas was an amazing worker! It was my first time ever getting a U-Haul, and he took the time to answer every single question we had without rushing us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly determined to make sure we felt comfortable with the whole process. He even walked us out and showed us our truck, which we really appreciated. I tried to offer him a tip because of how helpful he was, but he kindly refused so writing this review is the least I could do. Excellent customer service and a great experience thanks to Thomas!”

“We had a great experience at General Store and Market! Norman was working when we picked up our U-Haul, and he was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and helpful. He made the whole pickup process quick and easy.
He also took the time to tell us about the canoe, kayak, and paddleboard rentals they offer at very reasonable prices. We weren't aware they had them, and we're excited to come back and rent a kayak and canoe soon.
