“Had a very questionable experience with another U Haul location in St. Pete and eventually made my way to this location on very short notice.Having driven through a typical late afternoon Florida monsoon of a storm for almost an hour and a half I was somewhat hesitant about going in.End of the month and the place was packed with customers who were probably at the end of their own wits yet it felt so much different than any previous visit to U Haul ( especially the St. Pete location that I just visited).Was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what I was there for and he immediately sent me to the proper line and I was greeted by an amazing and enthusiastic young woman who welcomed me and explained that she was there to help and that she would be doing the installation of my hitch.She took my keys after we signed the paperwork and told me that she would get right on it. I went outside after a few minutes and walked around the lot and sure enough she already had the vehicle up on the lift and was well into the project.While I waited I was greeted by a gentleman who apparently was a manager who was not only polite but very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations with the previous location.Less than an hour and I was on my way and had a professional installation completed.KUDOS to the entire staff and management of this location. If you want true customer service and satisfaction then make sure you get this location for all your moving needs and more.”

“The staff at this U-Haul jocation is highly qualified, proactive, super friendly, and quick. The equipment is equally high quality. This location has a large supply of trailers, so whatever I need is always available.”

“Noma helped me with the truck rental. She was pleasant, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond by helping me attach my car to the trailer. She ensured all connections, cables, chains, tire holds, etc. were all correct.The truck was clean and drove well. I would definitely rent again from this location.Thanks again, Norma!!!”

“Well, I don't usually buy gas here as it is the most expensive gas station of all in the area, but they do have a nice food truck which I visited and made good use of the parking. This is one of the places that charges a different rate whether you pay with cash or card. I get why they do that, but it's not for me. Anyhow, it is a clean establishment with, well, adequate parking for my needs.”

“We’ve been suburban propane customers for over six years. Over the last year, we have noticed a serious decline in service, so much so that I lost all faith in the company, their word, and was about to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.We had a long standing issue beginning in July 2023 with two temporary tanks placed in our front yard, without explanation. We receive notices from our homeowner association, we were not able to use our gas grill, or heat our pool or hot tub. After going back-and-forth with several associates in the office and a few technicians that had even come to our home. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service Edgar provided. He demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly sets him apart.Edgar first came to our home in September 21, 2023. His deep understanding of Suburban Propane products, and services was evident as he thoroughly addressed all our inquiries. What impressed me the most was his willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring our concerns were not only resolved, but also that we fully understood the resolution process. He took the time to explain the issue that was going on with our underground tank, ensured the proper parts were ordered, apologized for the situation and gave his word that he would follow through until our problem was resolved, while I was skeptical based on previous experiences….he did just that.On November 8, 2023 (had to wait until we ran out of gas again) Edgar was true to his word. He arrived to our home replaced the faulty parts and turned on our gas appliances. I can say, in addition to his technical proficiency, he exhibited outstanding communication skills. His friendly and approachable demeanor, further contributed to a positive customer experience.It is evident that Edgar is committed to customer satisfaction and his dedication to providing top-notch service did not go unnoticed. Suburban Propane can take pride in having such a valuable asset as part of their team.In conclusion, my interaction with Edgar was a shining example of customer service done right. I appreciate his professionalism, expertise and genuine effort he put into ensuring our satisfaction. “Mike Reyes has outstanding customer service skills, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. I'm a 63 year old woman and I was already overwhelmed by the trauma of having to move again. My only suggestion is that uhaul should offer discounts for the elderly as well as frequent flyers. This is my 2nd relocation in less than 6 months, it's very costly, as well as emotionally exhausting for someone of my age.”

“I was scheduled to have a hitch installed on my vehicle this morning. After arriving and speaking with Kayla (GM), she informed me their hitch mechanic was out sick. Without skipping a beat, I really appreciated her forward thinking and Kayla provided solutions to resolve my situation. She called over to another U-haul location and they were able to get me in just 30 minutes later than my original scheduled appointment at her location. Great job, Kayla!! Thank you for decreasing my stress and ensuring excellent service was provided between two U-haul locations.”

“we needed to have our propane tank refilled, it had been awhile . We called the order in and the very next day the service man came and refilled the tank. We were pleasently surprised, we thought it would be a few days to a week before it would be done. We have used this company for many years now. A great company!”
