“I am pleasantly SHOCKED by the level of service provided by Gabriella at KPB Pharmacy!!! Long story short, my prescription melted on our drive from Utah to Florida. Gabriella went above and beyond to help me! My doctor called in my prescription and Gabriella was not sure they could fill it according to my preferences so she actually called around to other pharmacies to see who could help me. I was so impressed that she called me back exactly as she promised that I decided just to have KPB take care of my prescription. “This Publix is really nice, and it has a lot of the stuff for the local clientele like Bailey's and frozen Juniors New York Cheesecake. However the woman behind the customer service counter with the bright lipstick and glasses is literally useless. I tried to pay with the publix app (As I always pay with the app for the digital coupons) and it wasn't going thru, it kept saying someone already scanned your QR code. She asked if I was using insta cart. I said no, the Publix app and she said I don't know it's not going thru, you have to call them. I was like what? Call who lmao? Then the nice guy next to her just tapped a button on the screen and said your all good it went thru was just processing. But she was to oblivious and to eager to walk away and leave me there waiting for HER to finish the transaction but because she can't be bothered and doesn't have a clue, I almost walked away with none of my groceries and would half been pissed”

I find that most of the staff is courteous and helpful - especially those who are at the checkout but my main complaint is that there are not enough checkers. “We've used the Medication Station for many years, and with good reason - it's everything a pharmacy should be and more. As an example - even when I was an inpatient at the hospital and they couldn't get me the meds I needed - Medication Station could, which is frankly amazing, but not surprising if you've ever been to Medication Station.If your insurance is frustrating and your doctor's office essentially non-responsive, a large chain like CVS or Walgreens will be your worst enemy - they'll never help and your prescriptions will be in purgatory. But the family owned Medication Station and their excellent and long term staff will always come through - providing temporary fills while they help you work through the mess.The retail side has a bunch of cool and niche gifts, but it's also a great place for medically related items - braces, bandages, etc. It's so nice to see and hear the same friendly faces when you call and visit.I shudder to think about where I'd be without Medication Station. Over the years they've really gone above and beyond for my family, but I know for a fact they do that for everyone.PLEASE patronize them! We desperately need pharmacies like this!”
