“The question is what don't they have. This place is stacked with all sorts of goods to fill your creative side. Cashiers have amazing patience with customers, I tilt my hat to them. They even have goods for kids from model cars to wooden doll houses. You name it they have it. It's a relaxed environment, where to shop at ease. Support your local brick and mortar shops so they are always there when you need them. Excellent place for any school project, or making a man cave.”
“Okay. This is a store that is usually a bit expensive even with coupons. Having said that, I must say that they have few employees. The place is kept quite organized to have almost no employees. It is not due to the type of customers who frequent the store or the great effort made by the few workers.Right now the store located at 33190 has a broken air conditioning again. They have portable fans that maintain a good temperature, I would say better than when the central air unit is running. The manager is very efficient and you can see him checking out the boxes or arranging something on the shelves (something that didn't happen with the previous managers).”

“We decided to renovate bathroom #1 in our home built in 1994 and needed wall & floor tile. We shopped around Miami but ended up buying from Floor & Décor. There were multiple reasons, but the primary one was dealing with our wonderful designer, Kathy Galaz. From the moment we met her, she was so friendly, professional & knowledgeable in assisting us. She skillfully used her computer app that plugs in all the dimensions and builds a visual look of how the new tile will look in your actual bathroom. She also knew all the miscellaneous items needed to complete the job like spacers, mortar, grout & coloring in correct quantities. The purchase was easy and 2 days later it was ready for pickup with my truck.The loading dock team was also very courteous. They safely & meticulously loaded my truck with over 1600 lbs. of tile & materials.I also like their online system that tracks all the goods bought on your account. It allows you to keep track of costs, quantities and provides an excellent check sheet when picking up large orders at the loading dock.I was very impressed with everything at F&C but have two suggestions to consider for improvement: 1-They need a better communication system for contacting the designer for any follow-up calls. Everything is routed through an antiquated phone system where they page the rep on 2-way radio to pick up a line. Sometimes you don’t get through. 2-The tiles on display are dirty in this huge warehouse...they need “cleaning stations” with cleaning solution & paper towels around the warehouse so all customers can see the tile finish they’re looking at. I’m still giving this business a well-earned 5-star rating, but these few things will really help them be world-class. I will shop here again for bathroom #2. Thank you.”
“David’s Fine Furniture custom built and helped design my kitchen in 2019. Unlike many of the other local kitchen cabinet companies, I was able to select the species of wood, cabinet style, height, and color I wanted. They even custom make the hood! I absolutely love my kitchen. Ana made everything so easy and helped guide me in the right direction related to design, and many of the fine details. This summer 2022 David’s Fine Furniture remodeled my bathroom. David, is a master at his craft. My cabinets are like fine furniture. Its crazy! I literally found a high end cabinet maker in Canada on Instagram and David made the exact same cabinets as the picture. I love my new bathroom! Everything was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them! David is a master at his craft and a problem solver!Services: Cabinet installation”
“Usually on a Tuesday for senior discount the Ross stores are layered with people but this was not the case today. It also looks like stock has been depleted and not being restocked. I did find some interesting garment items that I have not seen in other places. The unfortunate issue was that the ladies dressing room had no a/c which made it not so great to trying on clothing. The cashier was funny when we asked for our senior discount and when asked to guess my age she was about 20 years younger, very flattering. I hope this will not close as they were and have been one of the better stocked and viable stores.”

“In January 2024 I contacted 2 local Interior Designers to design
& build a sofa that met certain requirements. Neither returned
my call. My sister, who is a professional, licensed Interior Designer in Maryland, recommended Ethan Allen. I called &
spoke with Interior Designer Lisa Sokol. That was my lucky
day. From the very first day, she worked with me to
accomplish my goal. There were a few challenges & hurdles
to get past but with her & my patience, my new sofa, meeting
each requirement, was delivered a few months later.
Further, her workshops that worked on modifying the sofa, the
men who delivered the sofa were all professional. The
only problem was that I wanted a particular Crypton fabric
which Ethan Allen did not carry so I had to call & order the
fabric from another source. However, Lisa saw to it that
the workshop(s) did a professional job using the fabric
to upholster my new sofa. The end result is that I got what
I wanted/ needed & I met Lisa, a really great Interior Designer.

“We are very satisfied with the service we received. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they assisted us a lot. We purchased a bed four years ago. As we are aging, our body is changing. We visited the store to see if we could adjust or change the brand, but Mary was very patient with us. She helped us test our sleep number again and compare it with our first visit. She suggested new numbers and explained how to test them with our bed. After sleeping for three days with her recommendation, we feel like we did when we first bought the bed. It is a wonderful product and the staff is amazing.”
“I purchased lighting here over 30 years ago, the selection is quite vast and the service has usually been very good. Normally I rate only 5 star establishments but they need to reevaluate their current staff. Management needs to make better choices who they hire and make sure that they treat clients properly and with respect. I’m being generous at 4 stars but willing to re-rate at a later time if service improves. Hope it does.”
