“Bridgett is the best hands down. We had a problem with some hard wood flooring, a large amount of it. Bridgett did her absolute best to communicate and find a solution to our issues (which NO other employee did). Not recommending floor & decor as I believe a local vendor is a better option but if you find yourself there talk to Bridgett!!!”

“I have been working with Ana and David for almost 25 years and they have made an entire library office, (for two homes), built in closets, built in daybed/dresser combo, entertainment wall and desk unit, and dining room accent cabinets for me, which they just re-stained to match a new table, that are absolutely GORGEOUS and unreal!!!! They are consummate professions and David’s workmanship, passed down for generations, is truly a work of art! You don’t see this type of quality and pride in work very often anymore. “In January 2024 I contacted 2 local Interior Designers to design
& build a sofa that met certain requirements. Neither returned
my call. My sister, who is a professional, licensed Interior Designer in Maryland, recommended Ethan Allen. I called &
spoke with Interior Designer Lisa Sokol. That was my lucky
day. From the very first day, she worked with me to
accomplish my goal. There were a few challenges & hurdles
to get past but with her & my patience, my new sofa, meeting
each requirement, was delivered a few months later.
Further, her workshops that worked on modifying the sofa, the
men who delivered the sofa were all professional. The
only problem was that I wanted a particular Crypton fabric
which Ethan Allen did not carry so I had to call & order the
fabric from another source. However, Lisa saw to it that
the workshop(s) did a professional job using the fabric
to upholster my new sofa. The end result is that I got what
I wanted/ needed & I met Lisa, a really great Interior Designer.

I came to this Home Center Ace and the nicest man FELIX helped me since they didn’t have the piece he opened a little hole on the one I took and I repaired it. Can’t thank him enough !!! “The store is lovely and a good size. The only issue I had was that it felt a bit packed—I was nervous walking around, worried I might accidentally knock something over. There's a large selection, which can feel a bit overwhelming. I ended up purchasing an incense that the owner recommended as being good for the home and for Buddhist prayer. Normally I rate only 5 star establishments but they need to reevaluate their current staff. Management needs to make better choices who they hire and make sure that they treat clients properly and with respect. I’m being generous at 4 stars but willing to re-rate at a later time if service improves. Hope it does.”
