However, the location can be very busy, with long cashier lines and often only one or two cashiers working, leading to a very long wait. The shopping experience can feel disorganized, with merchandise sometimes on the floor. While some staff receive praise for excellent and efficient service, other customers report inconsistent and frustrating return policies.
I had a great time finding a few items that I was looking for in Ross. The merchandise was well organized and the prices were reasonable. I was told that depending on the store there is different quality. I had a great time and the customer service was great

For years I have been a regular costumer at Ross , the store that surprise me with luxury brands and very good regular merchandise.There are a variety of products to choose from, very good customer service and Ross is now offering a Credit card.
