“Marc's Auto came through for me again with honesty and integrity. Avoiding a long story, it was just the battery. I made an appointment because I thought it was either the battery or the alternator (I had a few jumps to make it through the day). The night prior, I stopped at one of the local auto parts stores, and they ran a check and said the battery and the alternator were fine, but it didn't start this morning. I got another jump and went down to Marc's for my appointment today Wednesday. And less than 2 hours Marc's called me back with the good news that it was only the battery and not the alternator, and the battery was under warranty. So if you want to shop that will take care of your vehicle, Marc's is the place to go. The shop is down at the end of Minton next to Domino's Pizza. They also have a drive-up oil change right next door. Three cheers for Marc's Auto! A+”

“Went in for an oil change and was offered to check my air filter. The oil change went fine. The air filter change resulted in a long wait and janky fix to my glovebox. The manager ordered parts to fix the glovebox and apologized for the mistake. I very much appreciate the contact and solution from management.”
“We came to Boniface for the life time warranty. We love our new Kia Sorento and the peace of mind we got from Boniface Heirs! Trent took great care of us from the moment we arrived?He answered all of our questions and made the experience wonderful. He checked in on us when we were waiting for the financing agent(Nore was also wonderful). Trent helped us with the technology with a new Kia, setting up our Kia app and the Bluetooth in the car. “My friend recommended I come here. Told me they wouldn't steer me wrong and he was right. I cannot say enough about this place. They are honest and operate with integrity. They will not let you get repair that is not necessary and do not try to milk your bill. I appreciate that especially as a female. I went in there with a broken AC and fully prepared to pay out the you know what to have it fixed. Marcelo and his team looked at my AC and discovered the dealership hadn't plugged the compressor in good when they replaced my engine so it just needed to be plugged in. They could have easily said I had a broken compressor and charged me anyway. Multiple people in the lobby said that's why they come here, because of that very reason. No wonder the parking lot was full. Very happy new customer”

“I scheduled a transmission fluid flush and replacement with new filter about a month and a half ago. During this scheduling I was quoted a certain price. This morning, while dropping off the vehicle, I was informed that the person who quoted the above work had no business providing such an estimate and actually no longer works for Glenn's... The actual price to do the work was much higher than the original quote.
Now as we know... this is exactly where a business and specifically its management staff defines itself... I too run a business and was curious to see how this would play out as I sourced the quote in good faith and I'm not the expert in this space.
To my more than pleasant surprise, Mike stepped in and honored the price quoted. For one, this creates a customer for life... but more importantly it creates a positive experience I will tell many about. The inverse outcome would have been equally as likely.

“I was about to get on I-95 to start a 6 hour trip north from Vero Beach when I got a low tire warning. I got my compressor out and put air in to get it back to acceptable but saw a nail embedded in the tread. I got on the highway but knew I should try to find a place to get it plugged. I dreaded that delay for such a long trip but I didn’t want to be unsafe. So I got off in Melbourne to try finding a service station and found this place. I drove around back to find someone to ask if they could repair this and met Juan, a friendly mechanic who said yeah they can fix that, he does that himself. So he said to just drive around front and talk to the office. I did and they got Juan to come right up and take care of me. Didn’t have to wait or even drive into a bay! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! GREAT SERVICE! Very friendly, courteous and professional! If I lived nearby this would be where I’d always go!”

Several people immediately suggested these folks.
I made an appointment to have my Toyota checked out because of a strange new sound that I was hearing. The mechanics test drove the vehicle and said it was most likely the tires due to the tread wear. The tires probably have about 5K miles of life left. They said to wait and get new tires in a few months.
They did not try to sell me tires on the spot, nor an alignment.
These people are honest. I’ll be sure to use their services in the very near future.”
