“I went to Beck’s Auto on Micco to get an estimate on tire noise. Long story short, the quote was around $5k for total repairs. I was devastated. I took it to Marc’s (where I have been for about four years) for a second opinion. I am getting on the road again for around $400. I could not be more appreciative for the service that all the staff at Marc’s provided. STAY AWAY from Beck’s! Lesson learned. I’m staying with Marc’s. Shoutout to Alexis, Allie, Greg, and of course, Marc for the outstanding service.”

It was my wife's and it was overheating so he took a look at it and basically told me to walk across the street and get a Radiator cap. Problem- fixed. cost-the cap.
Later on he replaced my transmission lines. He also replaced the clutch on my 2010 Mazda 3. It took the time to show me the old clutch and the new clutch. He also replaced my AC compressor on the same Mazda
No issues on any of his work. He's my guy.”
“Had an issue with a valve stem this morning and received service above and beyond what I expected. As I was grabbing the tire from the bed of the truck, a technician came out and met me in the parking lot, took the tire right in and got to work. Inside the woman working the service desk was already on it before I had reached the desk. In no time the tech was bringing the tire back out and loaded it up for me. Took an unpleasant issue and turned my morning into a much better day. Thank you.”

Told me about the model type of vehicle I had what could happen do to the material they built in the car, wasn't even close to being bad as I had imagined. Great service even better quality of items to choose from, knowledgeable and at least for me same day service 2 1/2hrs for what I need if you own a Nissan as I do they will install touch screen if you don't have it. “I took my Pontiac with what I though was just checking new brakes we had replaced but turned out we had a serious ABS problem along with bad rotors, discs, calibers on and on..... they did everything within hours and had to order ABS part to come in! Bottom line is, the car runs great and feels safe. They fixed what was needed without any BS. The work is top notch quality and I will return for all my car needs. “7/15/16/26; ALEX completely rebuilt the Nipendenso alternator for our 2016 Ford Escape. (I had the team next door remove and take it to Alex. Very pleased with the work as I had been with Ken for so many years. I told Alex that I would be sending guys from out of state to him for QUALITY REBUILDS pf ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT alternators and starters!! There is STILL a HUGE need for a GREAT hometown auto electric shop!!”

“Tharps is the best! They repaired my vehicle after I accidently ran into a huge puddle that flooded by engine. Very unexpected and I was left broken down by the side of the road. They had my car fixed before lunch the next day. My car runs beautifuly after that horrible incident. Thank God! Could have been much worse. I would highly recommend this repair shop. Even got a coupon for a free icecream cone from the icecream shop next door when they were done. :) Great Job!!”
