“My first time. Received a flyer in the mail for Solotech. Needed to have the engine shield replaced on my 2019 Honda Civic. First phone call, answered by the owner Eric. Scheduled an appointment for three days later. Showed up and the place is clean and customer area is compact but functional. Owner Eric there to greet me. We discussed what I was doing and Eric quoted me a fair price.
As it turned out, the parts, which I supplied were not a perfect replacement so the tech had to spend almost an hour longer than estimated to complete the work. (this is one of the main reasons many garages will not work with customer provided parts). None the less, the work was completed and SoloTech still honored the original price quote. A very pleasant surprise.
I was very happy with the entire experience and even gave Eric an extra $20 cash to give to the tech for their additional efforts.
A very professional operation and I will absolutely being working with SoloTech on future auto work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“After an awful experience at Boniface Chevy with garbage customer service, I researched shops and gave these guys a shot. This place is great. Good customer service and were able to get me in pretty quickly with an appointment and had me out the door in a couple hours after diagnosing my truck and fixing it. Definitely recommend hitting these guys up if you need your car serviced or worked on in general.”

Trent took great care of us from the moment we arrived?He answered all of our questions and made the experience wonderful. He checked in on us when we were waiting for the financing agent(Nore was also wonderful). Trent helped us with the technology with a new Kia, setting up our Kia app and the Bluetooth in the car. I have had a few vehicles repaired here and the repairs have always been flawless. Palm Bay collision repaired my vehicle from an accident where a vehicle collided with me in July and it happened again 2 days before Christmas. I called the tow truck from the side of the road and had them take my vehicle right to Palm Bay Collision. Once again, my now twice ran into vehicle, looks like nothing ever happened. “I went to Beck’s Auto on Micco to get an estimate on tire noise. Long story short, the quote was around $5k for total repairs. I was devastated. I took it to Marc’s (where I have been for about four years) for a second opinion. I am getting on the road again for around $400. I could not be more appreciative for the service that all the staff at Marc’s provided. STAY AWAY from Beck’s! Lesson learned. I’m staying with Marc’s. It was my wife's and it was overheating so he took a look at it and basically told me to walk across the street and get a Radiator cap. Problem- fixed. cost-the cap.
Later on he replaced my transmission lines. He also replaced the clutch on my 2010 Mazda 3. It took the time to show me the old clutch and the new clutch. He also replaced my AC compressor on the same Mazda
No issues on any of his work. He's my guy.”
“I was about to get on I-95 to start a 6 hour trip north from Vero Beach when I got a low tire warning. I got my compressor out and put air in to get it back to acceptable but saw a nail embedded in the tread. I got on the highway but knew I should try to find a place to get it plugged. I dreaded that delay for such a long trip but I didn’t want to be unsafe. So I got off in Melbourne to try finding a service station and found this place. I drove around back to find someone to ask if they could repair this and met Juan, a friendly mechanic who said yeah they can fix that, he does that himself. So he said to just drive around front and talk to the office. I did and they got Juan to come right up and take care of me. Didn’t have to wait or even drive into a bay! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! GREAT SERVICE! Very friendly, courteous and professional! If I lived nearby this would be where I’d always go!”
“Had an issue with a valve stem this morning and received service above and beyond what I expected. As I was grabbing the tire from the bed of the truck, a technician came out and met me in the parking lot, took the tire right in and got to work. Inside the woman working the service desk was already on it before I had reached the desk. In no time the tech was bringing the tire back out and loaded it up for me. Took an unpleasant issue and turned my morning into a much better day. Thank you.”

Told me about the model type of vehicle I had what could happen do to the material they built in the car, wasn't even close to being bad as I had imagined. I made an appointment to have my Toyota checked out because of a strange new sound that I was hearing. The mechanics test drove the vehicle and said it was most likely the tires due to the tread wear. The tires probably have about 5K miles of life left. They said to wait and get new tires in a few months.
They did not try to sell me tires on the spot, nor an alignment.
