Russ, Izick, and the unnamed employee were praised for their excellent service, being polite, and providing solutions to customer issues. The store is clean and well-organized, creating a positive environment. Sharee, in particular, was commended for her outstanding assistance in a difficult situation, going above and beyond to help the customer. While there are some concerns about additional fees for in-store payments, the staff at Metro by T-Mobile are generally described as friendly and accommodating in resolving customer concerns.
I had a few questions about my phone and was interested in getting a tablet. Marz was so patient and kind and was willing to answer any and every question. I ended up getting a new line and the tablet and will most definitely continue to be a customer here
