“The owner at this dealer is SUPER DUPER kind! Absolutely loved her, great experience! Unfortunately the Uhaul website tried to totally screw us, our original location was in St Aug (obviously neither dealer’s fault), but her attitude and knowledge made it all better! “Polite and knowledgeable associate in the store, van was clean, overall good experience. However, hidden fees such as the ‘required’ $11 coverage on the van should be clearly explained either in store /before/ getting the vehicle OR online when making the reservation. I selected no coverage, immediately reimburse u-haul when making my reservation online. It wasn’t until I was in the middle of my short in town move that I saw the $11 charge on my paper. It wasn’t explained beforehand that it was required therefore time was wasted trying to figure that out. I’m sure others would prefer this to be clearly stated as well, nobody likes surprises on a bill or hidden fees/charges whether is be $11 or $100. Principle is the same. I will rent from this location again should we need services in St Augustine.”

“Best uhaul rental place on the East Coast. Uhaul dealers are normally terrible to deal with. Not these folks. If I was you, I would go out of my way to rent from these people.
