“After weeks of complaining about the damaged boxes of Thin Mints I purchased from the Girl Scouts of Southeast Fl. on January 31, 2026 in front of Publix (E. Atlantic Blvd. Pompano Beach. I am pleased to inform you that the matter has now been resolved. On February 23, 2026, after speaking with Cathy in Customer Service, my complaint was escalated. Later that afternoon, I received a call from Tori D. at the Council, who sincerely apologized for both the delay and the condition of the cookies. Tori went above and beyond to help me get two new boxes of ThinMint cookies. I would also like to note that, during my conversation with Cathy, I was informed that Customer Care has limited direct support channels, which may have contributed to the delay in resolving this issue. Thank you again to Cathy and Tori at Customer Service.”

“The gardens have some really cool permanent sculptures, plus rotating art exhibits throughout the year. The nearby buildings also have a library and a small theater that hosts exhibits and concerts, which is a nice bonus.”

What a delightful time we had looking at artwork from local artists that gave us inspiration and confirmation that our own artwork is marketable and on par with others. We saw some very nice works. The gallery is a delight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“I was raised on 45th Street in WPB. My dad and one of his brothers were two of those members way back in th 1940's. We so much enjoyed The Flotila Club. We had our boat docked there, made so many friends, and loved the pool when it was placed. My favorite fun times was when Dad and Uncle Don went fishing Saturday mornings. I was the only kid who woke up before the light and Dad, Uncle Don and I would go to The Flotilla Club. Uncle Don prepared our boat, Dad would be wading with his fishing net to get our bait. Then we went "out" the inlet and fished. Those days I will NEVER forget. I did get to fish sometimes. My very best catch was a sailfish ... WOW! So glad to find The Flotilla Club on my phone today. “Our 18 year old son has been riding at Freedom Riders Academy since he was 6 years old, and we absolutely recommend this barn!Because it’s a rescue, they need volunteers to help with the barn chores, so my son has been volunteering there, earning several 100s of hours for school. In addition to his riding lessons and volunteering, we partial lease one of the horses, and my son rides on days Miss Allison, the owner, has given him.I really can’t praise Freedom Riders enough for all of the beautiful memories it has given my son. This rescue barn has taught my son responsibility, the value of volunteering to help those in need, and the meaningfulness of hard work.Over the years we’ve had small issues (of course we would since we’ve been there so long), but Allison, the owner, has always made things right! She has ALWAYS allowed make-ups when our son has been sick or when something came up. She has always worked with us on pricing for lessons or leasing, and has always had great communication with us and our son,Miss Allison has gone out of her way to make my child’s experience at Freedom Riders one that will stick with him throughout his whole life. She gave him experiences at the barn that he will never forget, and that goes for me as well since I’ve volunteered there too!! We love Freedom Riders Academy!!!”

“Staff is a blessing. They helped me when I was poor, in a shelter, and when I got to my new apartment. They gave me resources to use and direct assistance with diapers for my younger children. Now, I am able to bring people to them to get the same services. I just drove a young lady and her baby there and the staff was nice and friendly. even gave a few extra words of encouragement. “I have been working with the Salvation Army for just about 4 years as the Director of Family Stores. I have an extensive background in retail management and never have I felt as fulfilled as I do now. We help our community by selling gently used household items including furniture at deeply discounted prices and also provide vouchers for people in our community who need our help. The money we recoup through the stores goes directly Social Services programs in the West Palm Beach Community.”

We discussed our music preferences ahead of time, including our request for a clean playlist suitable for teens, and they absolutely delivered. The mix of music was perfect — fun and age-appropriate for the younger crowd, while still keeping the adults dancing and enjoying themselves. It was the ideal balance of energy and taste.

The party team was amazing at engaging the crowd, helping even the shy teens get involved and keeping the flow of the evening upbeat and lively. The lighting setup, coordinated through their partners, was beautiful and elevated the entire atmosphere. The sound system was crystal clear, and their announcements and transitions throughout the event were smooth and professional.

Even as the night wound down, Digital Vibez maintained a thoughtful touch — gently playing background music to help calm the crowd as cleanup began. Their attention to detail and understanding of how to manage the energy of an event were truly impressive.

We also had a party bus coordinated through them, which ran flawlessly — professional, organized, and safe. At one point, even another party nearby wanted to join in because the vibes were that good!
