“I volunteered here today with my employer. I think this place deserves a round of applause for all the great work they are doing for the community. The facility is clean and organized. They really care about what they are doing and who they are serving. I can't wait to volunteer again.”

“So fortunate to have this amazing home for art and artists in Lake Worth Beach. The exhibits are especially moving right now, as they feature female artists and their unique experiences on their journeys toward acceptance and recognition. Go see this current exhibit. It is special indeed.”

“been a member for about 10 years. gotten old and handicapped but been paying for past 3 years and not going. Today called to cancel my membership and was told I must "come down in person to fill out a form". I am an adult and want to cancel my membership. You can cancel almost anything on the phone but not YMCA of the palm beaches. Asked the great employee on the phone and she could not explain WHY. Called and left msg for manager Jim Barnes and CEO Tim coffied . No answer yet.$39 a month not used for 3 years could they give me my $1404 back. Not happy with in person requirement.on Friday 9-16 Jim Coffied called and canceled my membership. My problem has been resolved”

“I was so scared to do my child’s assessment, fearing the results would be horrible! My son scored Great! The center was clean with many toys! Nicole was very patient with my son! She is the reason I felt so comfortable!!! We need more people like her. She took her time and understood my concerns. Definitely great with children. As parents we think these ppl will label our kids and its not true! They are there to help. My son is grateful for the free toys and books!! Thanks again Nicole!”

“Great, convenient service. I've never had issues with items being picked up. The website will list acceptable items. Since the pandemic it appears they do not have the staff to help with larger items. Either way, I'm happy to help our veterans! Thank you VVA for making this so easy.”
