“This place is absolutely amazing!!!! Let me start by saying that I found this shop because the place I originally purchased my phone through caused me to lose service by attempting to fix my charging port. When I took the phone back to my service provider they were unable and unwilling to help. I walked into smart phone fixer and Gunnar immediately knew how to help. He ordered a new part and Jonathan and Melissa were able to install it a few days later and I now have a working phone! My service provider had insisted this was a "tower issue" and had zero interest in helping. I will forever be a client of smart phone fixer!!! Thank you all so much!!!!”

“Jorge did a phenomenal job rebuilding my Pioneer SX 1980 receiver. New caps, new power supply and diagnose entire unit; basically a total overhaul and upgrade on one of the most powerful (if not THE most powerful) receivers ever made. Throughout the project Jorge kept me updated and was on target with the estimate he provided. Receiver is actually performing better now than when I first bought it over 40 years ago. Highly recommend Jorge for any project you might have.”

“I cannot express just what a great experience I've had with my installers from PBAV. Jason and John. WOW! Let me tell you. These guys showed up, ready to get the job DONE! No corners were cut. They even took great care to avoid as much as possible getting drywall dust all over everything. I had a lofty goal for them of running ethernet cables to literally every corner of the house and then some, and they got it all in one day. ONE DAY! I was on the fence for so long, whether I should hire professionals to help me with my ethernet project, and all I have to say at this point is, I feel stupid for not having called in the pros sooner. “Our PC got hacked about a week ago, and within an hour of noticing a false charge to PayPal, we had our hard drive to these folks. It took them a few days to get us a new password, and scan the viruses. When we plugged it back in, our 2nd monitor wasn't working, so we took pictures of our hookup, and when they saw it was all correct, just called and "took over our screen", and got the 2nd monitor working (that the hackers had deleted).They didn't charge us anymore than we had already paid which was very reasonable. Will def call again with all our computer needs. We are Realtors, so this is our lifeline!!”
