Jordy helped me out they were very good to me very respectful excellent customer service, I went in there to get my S23 Ultra switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile. “I just came to the store at 11:30am on a Tuesday. Completely empty with only three employees, as soon as I walked in, one of the employees came up to see what I needed. In and out within 10 minutes to drop off my equipment and answered my questions about my download speeds and my new monthly bill. If you have any problems the staff in store are more than willing to help but they're brick and mortar so they do need to get paid. Just be friendly and they'll be friendly back.”

They fixed my screen in about an hour on a saturday. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to them. It's in the Plaza on Okeechobee Boulevard where Royal Subs is across from the turnpike”

“I had to go here to get screen protectors for my phone and my husband's phone. I had to wait a few minutes - or more than a few to get help. But once I did, Robert helped me. I will have to have two screen protectors shipped to my house. He seemed to take a longer time than usual to get this done but I need them, so I'm glad I waited. The store is clean and that is a plus. 2nd floor or the Wellington Mall - easy to locate.”
