“I love Publix.. it’s expensive but i just like the store. I always bring my own bags, set on the counter first & mention that I have cold bags. I organize my groceries with the cold ones first. Today (and many other times) I did the above. When I got close to the register I noticed the guy putting crackers in the cold bags and the cold things were all over in the other bags.. WHY? I usually do not come on here to say anything negative but it happens so much. I try my best to be thoughtful and helpful - you’re being paid (by people like me). PUBLIX - DO BETTER!!! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!!”

“The pharmacy staff are very nice and knowledgeable when I ask questions about my medication. Both pharmacist are never too busy to come to my aid. They make sure that I thoroughly understand the medication that I’m about to start or if I’m still doing good on the medication that I currently take.
