I had an excellent experience upgrading my phone with Bryson. He did a terrific job helping me find the right product, answering my technical questions, and making the process seamless and efficient. Bryson is very knowledgeable about iPhone products. It was a pleasure to work with someone so well informed.

I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store to pick up my new Galaxy S24. Initially, the process seemed straightforward. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations.Upon arrival, I approached a gentleman who appeared available and informed him of my purpose. He informed me of a $600 balance, which I promptly paid, along with $98 for taxes on the new phone. Subsequently, I was informed of an additional charge to transfer data from my old phone. Opting to handle the data transfer myself due to personal preferences, I requested only activation of the new phone.To my surprise, I received the new phone in a sealed box, with no assurance of its functionality. When I questioned this, the representative assured me it was operational and urged me to move away from the desk. Sensing something amiss, I insisted on checking the phone's functionality before leaving the desk.At this point, the representative excused himself, claiming he would return shortly. Much to my dismay, he returned after 15 minutes, casually carrying a McDonald's bag. Placing it on his desk, he made minimal effort to assist me with the phone, attributing the issues to a purportedly "new system" (or perhaps his hunger took precedence).Frustrated by the lack of professionalism and customer service, I decided to seek assistance elsewhere. Upon visiting another store, my phone was promptly activated within minutes, highlighting the incompetence at this Verizon location.Conclusion:I strongly advise against visiting this Verizon Wireless store. The unprofessional conduct, lack of customer service, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction make it an unsuitable choice for any consumer. Attached is a photo of the representative's after his return with McDonald's while I struggled to activate a non-functional phone.

Service is very long. Even after 3 hour wait I spent 2 more hours for connecting my service. I was promised specific amount but unfortunately my bill came out almost 100$ more. Just because of agent who forgot to switch my account back to original service when I changed my phone. He failed to notify me that my plan has to change as well. I have visited that store many times trying to solve my issue. While I was waiting for a resolution I had to pay late fees ( even though it wasn't my fault). When I called Verizon they told me they couldn't help me with anything and that I had to resolve my issue at the store. Now I have to go back again and change it again. Yes, I will be emailing customer service and will be asking for credits.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience at Verizon Greenacres. While the store itself had great products, I had an uncomfortable encounter with one of the sales associates, Anthony. He seemed to constantly flirt with my significant other, which made us feel uneasy. It's important for sales associates to maintain professionalism and respect boundaries. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and ensures a more comfortable shopping environment for everyone. I have come to realize that there are other complaints about this associate and I feel as though Verizon should take action ! I was able to find a photo of him in the other reviews of this store ! I hope management will take this seriously

Randy Serra is 5 star plus! He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and a true professional. He patiently answered my many questions when setting up my Apple 15 IPhone. Verizon is lucky to have Randy.
