“I had a frustrating experience at the Lee Road Mister Car Wash. My Jeep didn’t get fully cleaned,the back window and rear of the car were still dusty, likely because of its shape. Kyle, who was working that day, kindly offered to wipe it down but admitted it wouldn’t help much in that heat and dust. He tried to give me a refund, but because I used Google Pay, their system wouldn’t process it. He gave me a number to call, which led to a long chain of voicemails, callbacks, and still no refund. I tried multiple times to reach the general manager—no luck.
About a week later, I happened to be in Clermont, where Kyle works, and decided to stop by. He actually remembered me and when I told him I never got the refund, he went out of his way to help. He let me run my Jeep through again. It still didn’t clean the back window all the way, but it did better than the Lee Road location.
Honestly, I was ready to leave a terrible review, but Kyle’s kindness, professionalism, and follow-through changed everything. He turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. He truly went above and beyond. Mister Car Wash, you’re lucky to have him. Give Kyle a raise!”
“Free vacuums to use before you get the car wash. Reasonable prices for monthly unlimited washes, but the washes don't usually take off all the dirt, so you need to go through more than once.”
