Community Health Centers Groveland is located off South Highway 50 in Lake County. This attractive center provides comprehensive medical, dental, and specialty services to children and adults.
We offer Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Adult Dental, Pediatric Dental, Behavioral Health, Lab, and Pharmacy.
In addition to preventive care, we also offer an on-site low-cost Pharmacy, exclusive to our patients.
