Very clean, well kept office building!! All of the staff have been super nice and friendly! Check in was a breeze. Yasmine in lab/blood work office is awesome! Took parents there and have been to other branch of their offices. This was the only place that parents did not feel any pain when needle was in, that’s how you know Yasmine is THE BEST!! Thank you Yasmine!!!

It took several phone calls and rejections to make this appointment for my 2 sons. When I made the appointment it was about a month away. We got to our appointment an hour early. I was told to arrive 45min early, but we live an hour away, so we wanted to be there on time. When I got there the lady at check in said that one of my sons medicaid wasn't active. So I hurry up and call medicaid, the recording says I have benefits until October, but I cannot speak to anyone at the moment. I go back up front to ask if there is anything I can do because we drove a long way for this appointment. She says I have to reschedule because they cannot take payment or help me because I have insurance. Feeling very confused, I asked if my other son can see the Dr. sooner because of all this. She said it wasn't up to her. At the last minute, the lady calls me over and says if you fill out this paperwork we might be able to help you, so I rush to do so. When I get back to the window, she tells me she's not sure if there is time now and I will still have to reschedule. What a nightmare, I walked around the corner and cried...

Mom has in the past and currently sees the dentist here. She has complete confidence and trust for her dental care. She was concerned her ER appt was going to be at another place, but when she found out it was here she immediately relaxed. Thank you for the great care you have given her over the years.

Unless you qualify for the sliding scale, they are a bit expensive. Dr Wray is great. She listens.
