“I really loved my experience there. The staff are super educated and polite. My puppy looked very happy and he was beautiful. Just only thing when I saw him he had his pawns dirty by pee, probably the groomer didn’t see it but as soon as I saw I told them. She took him back but was still smelling like pee on his paws. But it was not a big deal since they treated my dog super fine and they were so nice. But it would be better if just pay a little more attention. But overall it was great :)”

To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.”

“I stopped in on Sunday to pick up a few fish. The store wasn’t that busy but it seems they only had a few people working. Tiffany updated me that she needed to finish with a couple reptiles and she would be right over. She quickly let them consider a few options and jumped over to me, getting some fish I had requested. Many companies are shortstaffed and are not considering the workload. We’re all busy. Tiffany was very kind and professional. She updated me on the delay and then got to me right away.”

“What I wanna say, is that, Julio, the manager's assistance of the store in Groveland FL is not good assistents, He's the best, he's above and beyond, he gave me all the time necessary to resolve my issue with returning a defect item, which I don't know where I put my receipt or my order number, and I call
him about 10 times, no kidding, maybe about 12 times or maybe 15 times today, May 04th, 2025, and he gave me all the attention every time I call.
The other supervisor and manager at the store should learn from him how not to be good, but learn with Mr. Julio how to be the best like him is, Mr. Julio, you are the best ever you are top notch.”
