“Kay is fantastic. I specifically came back to PenAir for another auto loan simply because of how efficient, friendly, and professional she was. This second time did not disappoint and she was just as remarkable. She expedited my loan application for approval and I walked out with a check for the auto within an hour. I will be be back to visit her and PenAir the next time just as well. Cannot compliment and recommend her enough! A+ on everything! Go see Kay!”

“These guys are so totally awesome! Their service level is five stars all the way. I worked with Lindsey on an issue with my car title. She was the best. The really cool part is there was something she wasn’t 100% sure of and she asked the president to clarify!!”

“Outstanding customer service! I sometimes need to use cane & can not stand in one place for very long & on those days they will have me sit & be helped at one of their desks instead of standing in line for a teller. I had trouble with their app & they walked me through it with patience for this senior citizen.”

“I am a 67 year old man who has done a bit of banking in my day but wanted to commend the Bank Manager at your Gulf Breeze, Florida location. Ben Longmore is a credit to your Company. He epitomizes what every banker should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I have never had a problem or request that he didn't jump all over to assist. I know I can count on him and I appreciate that. He should be commended for always going above and beyond. Ron Herrington”

“While I am not a fan of big banks in general, WF makes banking easy for my customers all over the Country. Dealing at the branch level with Tina, the manager, is always a pleasure. She is efficient and if she doesn't know the answer to a question she gets it!”
