Drive thru service is extremely slow. Used to take about 5 minutes at 9:00 am but now takes 25-30 minutes. You are severely understaffed!! The teller is helping people inside at the same time as helping drive thru customers.

I just came from Wells Fargo. I'm a 70 years young female person. Eileen took care of me like I was a beloved family member. I worked at a drug store in my younger days and got in trouble for taking too long with my customers. I hope progress has been made since then.
