“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”

“I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”
“Purchased a John Deere S130 on the 26th of May and was told delivery would be the 30th of May. Received email stating delivery had been changed to 31st and I would get a 4 hour window the night before. I did not receive such notice. I called stor to find out when it would be delivered. The first time, after quite awhile I was hung up on. The second time I called I was on hold for about 45 minutes, I ended the call and called again for the third time and finally talked to some who only told me it would be delivered between 8am and 8 pm today the 31st of May 2025. This whole process is totally unacceptable. My rating of this process from the start to waiting on delivery would have to be a 1 star with caviat of buyer beware.”

The man that night was very uncaring for us as costumers, he just wasn’t interested in helping us. So, we came back today to find someone else to help us.
