She then chased me down with two employees to let me meet them.I found a great silver chandelier, with cut glass globes, for my son. It will hang over his grandmother’s baby grand.It was $70, and a nice young man loaded it for me.Made my day.”

“I've been in this one s couple times, not very often at all. They are a pretty typical home depot. Limited selection on certain things and limited on help. This time I went in to help a friend pick up a stove. I had no idea they don't carry any stoves in stock. Wow. Had to go to the competition across the street street. They had plenty. The poor old lady they had in appliances acted like she was lost but she did try to help. Anyway, pretty standard for home depot in my opinion.”
“I had an excellent experience at Tractor Supply Co. after receiving a very large flat top griddle that was damaged from the factory. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I explained the issue. They immediately offered a replacement, checked their inventory, confirmed they had one in stock, and got me taken care of without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Customer service like this is why I’ll continue shopping here. Extremely pleased with the entire experience!”
“These people have a ton of stuff in there their warehouse for sale. Most of it are items bought at auctions or leftovers from closed stores so you can get some pretty good deals and you could talk them down on prices too. How about an outdoor fire pit for about half what it was new. I was impressed with the place.”
“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”
“Used Home Depot for Carpet and installation. Carpet was excellent quality and the installation was done very well. They sub out to local contractors. The two installers worked very very hard all day long. Now almost nine months later, the carpet is still perfectly in place. However, it did take 5 weeks for them to order the carpet and get an installation date, so keep that in mind schedule wise when ordering.”
“I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”

“Purchased a John Deere S130 on the 26th of May and was told delivery would be the 30th of May. Received email stating delivery had been changed to 31st and I would get a 4 hour window the night before. I did not receive such notice. I called stor to find out when it would be delivered. The first time, after quite awhile I was hung up on. The second time I called I was on hold for about 45 minutes, I ended the call and called again for the third time and finally talked to some who only told me it would be delivered between 8am and 8 pm today the 31st of May 2025. This whole process is totally unacceptable. My rating of this process from the start to waiting on delivery would have to be a 1 star with caviat of buyer beware.”
“Walked in the door of Lowe’s in Pensacola was greeted by a nice young lady named Mikhala. He was very pleasant and welcoming. I had been sent to the store by my husband with an item I knew absolutely nothing about, but she looked it up and got me pointed in the right direction so I was able to get in and out of the store fast and back to the emergency we were dealing with thank you Michaela. Great job.”
