She then chased me down with two employees to let me meet them.I found a great silver chandelier, with cut glass globes, for my son. It will hang over his grandmother’s baby grand.It was $70, and a nice young man loaded it for me.Made my day.”

“These people have a ton of stuff in there their warehouse for sale. Most of it are items bought at auctions or leftovers from closed stores so you can get some pretty good deals and you could talk them down on prices too. How about an outdoor fire pit for about half what it was new. I was impressed with the place.”
“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”
“Used Home Depot for Carpet and installation. Carpet was excellent quality and the installation was done very well. They sub out to local contractors. The two installers worked very very hard all day long. Now almost nine months later, the carpet is still perfectly in place. However, it did take 5 weeks for them to order the carpet and get an installation date, so keep that in mind schedule wise when ordering.”
“Needed to rent a truck last minute (on a Sunday) and Home Depot came through for us. Very thorough process renting out their vehicles but quick to get through. Larry and Ken were so helpful and explained each part of the process. Excellent customer service and as we all know that can be hard to find anymore. If needing a vehicle to rent please stop by and see these 2 wonderful gentlemen!”
“Today had to run out and get a portable AC, I needed help lifting the unit onto a cart and into my truck and Reed who was already in the middle of a task asked if I minded him finishing his task and said he’d help me soon as he was done. I did the check out thing and moved my truck just in time for Reed to finish his task and met me by the check and loaded my truck for me. Thank you Reed.”
“My washer died this past Sunday and I was over whelmed with researching washers online so I went into the store and met Kaleb. He was super helpful from beginning to end. Kaleb was so knowledgeable in all the appliances and helped me figure out which washer works best for my needs. He was patient and answered all my questions. He walked me through the whole process and explained the warranties in detail. I think I was in and out in less than an hour. I saw him assist 3 different customers and he was excellent with them too. It was amazing to see such wonderful customer service! Next time another appliance needs to be replaced I will definitely go see Kaleb! Thank you so much, love my new washer!”
“So it seems as long as you’re there for the most basic of home improvements they have you covered. Anything beyond I’d recommend just about anywhere else. Not because of staff.. they’re awesome. They just never seems to be anyone “trained” in projects I’ve come in for. However the employees bent over backwards attempting to assist!”
