“Very nice store to shop in.. the fresh bread is excellent. I'm actually happy they DON'T have self service checkout here. I noticed in other Publix stores that do have this, they tend to close most of the regular check out lanes to save cost. I think for the premium price of groceries you pay at Publix they should keep having the high level of service which includes many serviced check out lanes.”

Especially Madison…if you are in need of great service for prescriptions as well as a compound and a few handmade items that are out of the ordinary, they have a great lavender scented laundry detergent I use on all my delicate items. “Very clean store and stocked well. The prices are higher, but hey, you're on the island; it's to be expected. All of the employees are available. They literally stand at a place throughout the store in case you need assistance. That's so helpful for non residents. They have a fresh soup counter. I got the wild mushroom bisque and the lobster bisque. Fantastic! I may have to go back. They have a good stock of pool and ocean toys; much better than other grocery stores near by. They also have sunscreen (the good stuff: Sun Bum), flip flops and clothing. Friendly service and a nice environment.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for 14 years and have numerous other options if I so chose...obviously they are doing something right. They are always fully stocked, busy but cordial and efficient in the pharmacy. The cashiers in both beauty and general are always very polite and cheerful. I have never asked a question that they couldn't answer. I've changed health insurance twice and continue to get the same service. Sign up for quick pay and they store your credit card so payment is quick and painless plus you get points that adds up to cash to spend on anything in the store; that lipstick you've been wanting to try, ice cream, birthday card, cold tablets...they have a good selection of anything you may want, and the staff that can help you find it. What more do you want in a local pharmacy; fast, efficient, cordial and stocked.”
