“This was the best pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever dealt with! I evacuated here from Houma la and needed an out of state transfer quickly before I relocated again for a covid family death, normally pharmacy staff are aggravated and won't make this happen in one day. The lady pharmacist who worked tonight went above and beyond to help me. I used to be a pharmacy technician so I know that she went out of her way to provide amazing customer service. As a past tech for Walmart I sure hope y'all make sure this lady stays with the company because she is needed majorly! Thank you for being such a kind soul!”

“I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this Publix Pharmacy. They’ve always been quick, thorough, and easy to deal with, and I’ve never had an issue getting my prescriptions filled.
If you’ve ever dealt with the Walgreens pharmacy across the parking lot, you’ll really appreciate the difference. The service here is night and day. I’ll gladly keep bringing my prescriptions to Publix.”

“Walgreens was the worst experience I have ever had! Bar None! It took literally 25 minutes to reach a live person! I was put on hold 4-5 times and then lied to just so the technician could get rid of me and get me off the phone then I called CVS and left a message and they literally transferred filled billed and had my out of state hard to get RX with very little info or hassle with no lame excuses or lies or without putting me on hold 4-5 times the same day! If you want good customer service from a pharmacy, do yourself a favor go to this CVS! I just wish I would have gotten the girls name that helped me, she was amazing but I am sure all of the staff there are all great and work as a team because that is what it takes to do such great work! Thank you CVS! 🫶”
