“I've visited this location about six times, all in anticipation of receiving a general delivery item that keeps getting routed here. Even during the busy Christmas season, when the line stretched out the door, my wait times were never more than 15 minutes. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous throughout my visits. I'm still waiting for my item to arrive, but so far, my experiences here have been great.”
“I have no idea of the customer service that is provided at the store during hours when people are working at the counter.
I love that they have a kiosk that is open 24 hours a day. I can go there without anyone in line in front of me, and mail boxes as I need them to be emailed off - on my timeline & with a tracking number.”

“Fast service. Very friendly employee. Needed to mail a Mother's Day card and I didn't have postage. A quick weight check on the scale and 78 cents later I was good to go.”

“Husband and I just got our passports renewed at the Pensacola post office on Old Corry Rd. Yasmine was the employee who took care of us and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable about every question, efficient, and she made the process fun. In a perfect world, everyone who works with the public would be a clone of Yasmine.”

“I delivered a load here and the receiving said they receive trucks 24/7. It seems like you can try to come earlier to get unloaded. They have some room for parking on the lot. I tried to call before I arrived but it seems impossible to get someone on the phone.”

“Trinette was awesome.
Its Monday morning the line is already out the door. This Lady is alone on the counter and keeping her cool.
She is nice and polite to everybody and greets with a smile!!!
But in all seriousness you should put more people in there on a Monday morning.”
“Called yesterday about a missing package that I sent to my mom for Christmas. The man I spoke to was very helpful and said he would reach out to the delivery driver. Which was nice and all I expected really but he called today to check in and let me know he spoke to the driver and explained where the package was left. (It was delivered)
It was so nice he followed up to check in and make sure the package was delivered safely because it was a handmade Christmas gift I’d spent a long time on.
I wish I had gotten his name to give him recognition but I hope you all have a happy holidays and know we appreciate the hard work of the postal service!”
