Their solution to their service being inadequate was to tell me to use a different USPS. I heartily agree with their assessment.

Avoid this location if you can. The lady working the counter/receiving mail is incredibly rude and unfriendly. She speaks to customers with zero respect and an awful attitude. Completely unprofessional and she should be replaced.

Not sure if this is the main post office in Pensacola but I would like to address that if it is...it is THE WORST. If I have a package coming through Pensacola it just sits there & is ALWAYS at least a day late (if not more) going out of there. Very disappointed in the service in Pensacola.
