“This was the nicest store I’ve been in. The 2 employees were the nicest and most professional employees I’ve ever ran in! They were smiling and treated my package as if it was their own. They didn’t throw it like a baseball, she actually’walked’ it to the bin. The friendless was genuine and they were not rushing even with 15 minutes to closing. I also am impressed with their retail hours. They are open more and longer than my Hammond, Louisiana ups store.”

“I'm not a give a review kinda guy! But I have to send out a huge thank you to Donnie and his entire staff at PIP Printing! I needed a tiny job printed and mailed to me along with an extra envelope and stamp so I could forward the document on to Ca. after I fill it out. I'm disabled and its extremely difficult for me to go out. I called 4 corporate chain stores and spoke to 11 different people with no luck! Not even close! I called PIP and Donnie the manager answered the phone I explained my situation and even though they don't sell stamps and he would have to go buy a book somewhere he said he would figure out a way to meet my needs! There is 0 customer service in the world we live in today! We're herded like cattle and lucky to get a hello or God forbid a thank you! The courtesy and professionalism at PIP was way above normal customer service! I highly recommend using them for all your printing needs!”

“Omg! The first person I asked that happened to be stocking didn’t know anything and was not willing to help me. Then I saw Sean sitting in the front desk by the doors.Shawn was amazing! He even knew where my needed item was that wasn’t even on the regular shelf. Then he noted that two of my items I needed were on special sale so I bought extra. He even understood about my specific ink problem. He went out of his way to check the situation and resolve problems. Plus, he was nice, funny and so polite. I will definitely return to the store because of him.”
