While I am not a fan of big banks in general, WF makes banking easy for my customers all over the Country. Dealing at the branch level with Tina, the manager, is always a pleasure. She is efficient and if she doesn't know the answer to a question she gets it!

Drive thru service is extremely slow. Used to take about 5 minutes at 9:00 am but now takes 25-30 minutes. You are severely understaffed!! The teller is helping people inside at the same time as helping drive thru customers.
