While awaiting wells fargo in gulf breeze to open up at 9am my family and I were sitting in the car. We were approached by two cops saying that the people in the Wells Fargo made a complaint about us sitting in the parking lot and that the people had already come and talked to us about it and that they had told us that we needed to leave wells fargo parking lot for them to open it to the public. We never had any communication with ANY of them.. not one word from anyone until the cops rolled up to our window. I literally just needed to talk to banker about a letter I got... yet another person sat in the parking lot and nothing was said to him. We left and are driving to Pensacola to do our business there!! I have never had the cops called on me for sitting in the parking lot awaiting any store or bank for that matter, to open up so that the public can get business done! Who ever called the cops on us is absolutely disgraceful and you also LIED to the police. We will definitely be following up with who ever we have to, to get this situation solved. No one should be treated that way! ..and I have used Wells Fargo since 2006!! By the way, we aren't upset if this is a rule that bankers can't open if people are in the parking lot, it was how it was done!

Drive thru service is extremely slow. Used to take about 5 minutes at 9:00 am but now takes 25-30 minutes. You are severely understaffed!! The teller is helping people inside at the same time as helping drive thru customers.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Charged me 7.50 to cash my payroll check. That is absolutely ridiculous. The company I work for puts a lot of money in that bank, and I'm sure they make a lot off of it. Why take my damn money I worked hard for just to cash a check.

It's just too hard to get a hold of the branch if you need to. Wells fargo is fine, but this branch is not ran well at all.

I recently scheduled an appointment online to come in and open up a small business account. That same day, I received a phone call from Gloria who was very kind and professional. She asked me some general questions in order to get things started on her end; before I came into the branch. The next day, I came to the branch and was immediately greeted again by Gloria. Again, very kind and professional.I cannot say enough about how well she understands the needs of her customers. She answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had about how to handle the business end of this. Not only did she answer my questions, but she challenged me to think of some things I had not covered on my end. This was a very positive experience that ended in the development of trust. If you are planning on starting a business and need to open a business account, do yourself a favor and ask for Gloria.

Do not bank here. Fees will consistently come out of your account even if you have a block. They offer no reimbursement even though I’ve never been reimbursed for anything. I will be closing my business and personal account here and going elsewhere

I just came from Wells Fargo. I'm a 70 years young female person. Eileen took care of me like I was a beloved family member. I worked at a drug store in my younger days and got in trouble for taking too long with my customers. I hope progress has been made since then.

Absolutely the worst customer service! 5 people behind the counter not a single one acknowledged the line of people & not the 1st time it's happened. I understand being busy, unavailable to assist, but at the very least "Hi, we'll be right w/ you, sorry for the wait." Nope nothing!

Went to open a business account at the tiger point location. Instead of being greeted with “welcome” I was told by Gloria “I’m fixing to go to lunch, what do you need?” Told her i completed an application online, just needed to sign and add money to the account, she said “you’re going to have to come back” - needless to say I left and drove THIRTY minutes home - will be banking elsewhere.
