“This is probably the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I’ve ever been to. The aisles are clear of carts and clutter. The shelves are stocked and nicely faced. Very easy to find items.”

“October 2nd around 9:00 in the morning the two women working were the best customer service I've ever had at a Dollar general.. they went above and beyond and we're super kind and I really appreciated their customer service!!!”
“Every time I stop by this Dollar General, I leave impressed—not just by how clean and organized the store is, but by the store manager herself. She knows where everything is, helps customers without hesitation, and you can tell she truly cares about the store and her team. I’ve seen her restocking, answering questions, handling the register—sometimes all at once—and still doing it with a great attitude.
She’s the kind of manager that makes people want to come back. Honestly, Dollar General would be smart to promote her—she’s clearly running things like a pro.”

Although this location would be more convenient for me, I did stop going here. The store was always in disarray, filthy and service was non existent (especially at night).
I went in there today and immediately upon entering the store there was a different feel. As I walked through the isles I noticed things were changed around, items were hung, it was neat and wasn’t as filthy. I needed help and the young lady (with cornrows) was nice and helpful. I asked her if they’re re-doing the store. She said they started a few weeks ago. I told her it’s coming along nicely.
NOW, let’s see if they can keep it this way. I know there’s a shortage in quality people that have quality work ethics. Try to stop hiring people out desperation, STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT. (Not sure if it’s the same manager now, but she needs/needed ALOT more training. Everyone isn’t built to lead). I can give horror stories on why I stopped (in the past) frequenting this location.”
“I have been going to this store for five years now. The employees are so happy to help you, so eager to be of service, such a lovely group of people. The owner should be proud of the people he has hired especially the young man, Dorian and young woman, Charlize. Even as young as they are, their professionalism and efficency should be rewarded and commended. I asked them their names recently because I intended to write this review. Please take care of your employees kind boss. I can safely say that all of them are just superb at their jobs and wonderful to their customers. I applaud your Good hires Boss! “I adore Dollar Tree and always walk out with more than I should have purchased. (If you know, you know) I get all of my cleaning supplies from here, mechanical pencils, pens, adorable thank you cards with great selection and the cutest holiday decor! I also stock up on dog toys, treats and waste bags for my fur baby. Much cheaper than going to Walmart or a pet store. This particular location has great customer service, friendly and extremely clean. They also have the harder to find items as well. Definitely my go to, save money store!”
“This is my neighborhood store and I'm here at least 3 times a week sometimes. The staff has gotten to know me and my family and even recognize my son and his likes at local restaurants, because they're your neighbors too. They're also probably overworked and underpaid. If you're just stopping in and they're a little frazzled, please don't base your impression off one visit. I guarantee regular customers would say something different because they truly care.”

Danny, Kelly and Sabrina were working on the registers and greeting folks as they entered the store on 12/08/22 and made my shopping experience a delight. Their friendly conversations with customers were often filled with laughter and pleasantries. Everyone including myself left happier then when they entered. That’s quite a gift. “I hadn’t been to this Family Dollar store since before the virus and was pleasantly surprised by how orderly the store appeared. Clothes were neatly organized on the racks, instead of strewn about the floor like before. Your staff, a friendly helpful woman named Ruthy helped me find exactly what I needed by walking me back to the correct isle instead of just sending me to look for myself. Employees like her, giving good customer service, is what brings customers back to your store. Please let management what a gem they have in Ruthy !!”
