“After waiting for AAA to tow me off the side of the interstate for 12 hours, leaving the location with my car unlocked for them mind you, and being dealing with being lied to by their customer service, I was fed up and called local towing companies. Exotic answered immediately and was very communicative about location, price, etc upfront. Very pleased and have gotten my car back within less than 45 min of placing the call (my car was about 25 minutes from my desired location). “My old 94 F150 was T-Boned on driver door and box. J&J did an excellent job bringing the truck back to original condition. The attention to detail was amazing. All the rust locations were identified and repaired. The repair and paint job is flawless. All the little dents were straightened out. The truck is basically brand new. I thought I was going to lose the multi striped pin-stripping but they were able to replicate it as original. Every time I went to the shop to check on the truck the guys always took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what was happening next. I get compliments on the truck wherever I go. The guys at J&J did a great job.”

“My car was towed by PD to this yard after a car accident and I was NOT looking forward to dealing with the aftermath the next day. This place made it so easy!! The lady at the front desk was very kind and explained what I was signing, but she didn't let me pet the office kitty since they are behind a protection window, so I was super bummed about that. I did not wait long to be taken back to my car to grab my belongings and the interaction with the gentleman who drove me back was a lot of fun! He was engaging and had a great sense of humor with some fun stories. I definitely appreciate the ease with dealing with something that was pretty upsetting.”

“My van broke down at the corner of 66th Street North and 102nd Avenue in Pinellas Park after I visited Bank of America recently. The vehicle's battery seems to have drained itself despite having replaced a brand new alternator from Autozone. It seems like a recurring nightmare because it has happened to countless numbers of my previously owned vehicles, no matter if it was 3 year old Lexus IS250 or this 24 year old van.anyways,A-1 was very courteous and professional. Did I mention that their price is the best so far out of 7 different towing incidents that I've used in the past so far.knock on wood that it doesn't happen every 200 miles.anyways,they towed longer distances and yet the price was way cheaper than the competition. Keep up the great job,A-1.i would highly recommend.”
“So just to be honest, these guys do not have the best “super friendly phone voice”, but they are super friendly, and they do an excellent job. I needed an 8‘ x 10‘ shed moved and we got it scheduled and micheal and his guys showed up on time and did a pro job. Everything I had questions about; whether we needed to avoid an overhanging wire, if tree limbs were too short etc, they had already assessed all of those issues and had a plan of action to address them. They got the shed moved across down to my new place in a quick efficient manner.”
