Our covered parking spot was a tight space in which to maneuver, and we needed a quick response time. Ty was excellent to work with, ensuring that the tow truck he brought out would be compact and he expertly maneuvered in tight spaces. He was extremely careful with the SUV. He was transparent in the challenges and costs, and very reasonably priced under the circumstances. He was professional and his invoices and receipts satisfied our auto insurer for reimbursement. We would not hesitate to recommend this towing service.”

I have been a customer of Brian and Lyman for years. I have worked with Lyman in the past. Each of them is an amazing individual with a heart of gold and the willingness to help those in need, well beyond professional responsibilities.
I do not hesitate recommending their business to anyone in need of an honest, fair, responsible mechanic.
Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that some individuals have unrealistic expectations and have a tendency to lash out when frustrated or stressed.
Some people even have a tendency to not take responsibility for their own actions, and blame everyone else for every problem they have.
I’m sure you all know what I’m talking about.
I encourage others to share their experiences with this establishment and I am confident that they will be overwhelmingly, enthusiastically, positive
Are they perfect? No do they sometimes take a few days to get back to me because of how busy they are. Yes. Do I have any doubts about their integrity and honesty? No.

He quickly gave us a reasonable estimate ( much less than another shop), then quickly and efficiently made repairs after only one day. He even saved us more money by fixing one of the “injured” parts so we didn’t have to buy new. We so appreciated his efforts to keep the price as low as possible and the car looks like new.
