“I had a dent in the front fender of my vehicle and shopped around for some quotes. I was referred here and look no further!! I love little ma and pa shops. Anthony assisted me and gave me an unbeatable price and he was also confident he could match the paint color. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. AND to make it even better he said the paint did not need to be blended in the bumper part so the original quote is now cheaper. It's so hard to find a body shop that's honest, has great customer service and takes pride in their work. The car was also done a day earlier then expected!! “On June 9, 2026 I took my car into this local car repair shop to try to solve an elusive problem with my car’s charging system. I had already installed a new battery and alternator but was still experiencing slow cranking.
From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the smiling face of Liz at the front desk, I felt comfortable. This business is clean and well organized. While I was explaining the problem to Liz, I noticed a guy sitting at a desk in the adjacent office. He asked me to come in and talk. Wayne is the manager of the repair shop and had a firm handshake. That’s important to me because I’m old school. Long story short, they diagnosed the issue quickly. It was the starter! Just a few hours later I was back on the road again.

Our covered parking spot was a tight space in which to maneuver, and we needed a quick response time. Ty was excellent to work with, ensuring that the tow truck he brought out would be compact and he expertly maneuvered in tight spaces. He was extremely careful with the SUV. He was transparent in the challenges and costs, and very reasonably priced under the circumstances. He was professional and his invoices and receipts satisfied our auto insurer for reimbursement. “I broke down last week ,hottest day of the year so far. Sal called a tow truck and let them know it was an older disabled man stuck in the sun. It took just long enough for me to eat the meal I picked up 2 blocks before I broke down. When I picked up the car the man who had spoken to me about the car wasbon a test drive . He called and we spoke about an issue I needed to keep an eye on ,even though it is not a repair they do . I was very pleased ,you can trust these folks to take care of you. .

“After waiting for AAA to tow me off the side of the interstate for 12 hours, leaving the location with my car unlocked for them mind you, and being dealing with being lied to by their customer service, I was fed up and called local towing companies. Exotic answered immediately and was very communicative about location, price, etc upfront. Very pleased and have gotten my car back within less than 45 min of placing the call (my car was about 25 minutes from my desired location). I have been a customer of Brian and Lyman for years. I have worked with Lyman in the past. Each of them is an amazing individual with a heart of gold and the willingness to help those in need, well beyond professional responsibilities.
I do not hesitate recommending their business to anyone in need of an honest, fair, responsible mechanic.
Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that some individuals have unrealistic expectations and have a tendency to lash out when frustrated or stressed.
Some people even have a tendency to not take responsibility for their own actions, and blame everyone else for every problem they have.
I’m sure you all know what I’m talking about.
I encourage others to share their experiences with this establishment and I am confident that they will be overwhelmingly, enthusiastically, positive

He quickly gave us a reasonable estimate ( much less than another shop), then quickly and efficiently made repairs after only one day. “I went to this place on June 10 because it was recommended by a majority of people on my neighborhood Facebook page, and I was **not** disappointed.
My car was pulling hard to the right, so I thought it needed an alignment. They inspected it and told me it didn't need one at all. Instead, they found a different issue (I can't remember exactly what it was), and the repair ended up costing much less than an alignment.
They could have easily told me they performed an alignment and charged me more, but they didn't. They chose the honest route, and that says a lot about their integrity.
I've since scheduled another appointment because my A/C is blowing almost nothing but warm air—which is definitely not doable in Florida!
I'm grateful to have found my go-to shop for anything related to my car. It's such a relief to know I can trust them to be fair, honest, and not recommend repairs I don't actually need. ❤”
