“I needed some minor parts for my car, which included windshield wiper blades. I met Dushon, and had a conversation with him during check out. I had mentioned, that now that I'm 62 years old, I'm having issues doing minor things for my car, like changing my wiper blades, but I'll be trying to do it. He stated that he would do it for me and was very respectful and kind with helping this senior complete the task. Thanks, Dushon for your EXCELLENT customer service and kindness!”

“After waiting for AAA to tow me off the side of the interstate for 12 hours, leaving the location with my car unlocked for them mind you, and being dealing with being lied to by their customer service, I was fed up and called local towing companies. Exotic answered immediately and was very communicative about location, price, etc upfront. Very pleased and have gotten my car back within less than 45 min of placing the call (my car was about 25 minutes from my desired location). Very thankful for the help in such a dire situation and thankful for someone actually helping me! Highly recommend!Service: Car towing”

“I sent my vehicle to NCC due to it being involved in fresh water flooding. Greg was in contact with me almost every step of the way. In fact, Greg looped me in more than my insurance company. Upon picking up my vehicle, Patrick provided excellent customer service. The entire claim process was a pain and I hope to never have file another! But, if I do, I'll be dropping my vehicle off to NCC. Also, shout out to whomever buffed my ride. It looks auh-maze-ingggg...”
