Mr Josh (mgr) was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products and his willingness to find a solution to my problem was phenomenal! He was very polite and from start to finish he explained step by step what he was going to do and what options I had before making a decision. Thank you Josh!

My opinion today, March 22, 2024. The service provided by the boy who was at the table on the left side was very bad, when I went to ask him my concern and I spoke Spanish to him. He made a disgusted face and shook his head. Then he continued to tear off the signs that said we speak Spanish from the windows. At least the girl at the center table was concerned and asked about my concerns and said she would take care of me. But I left the store because of the discrimination of the employee at the table on the left. Like another Hispanic who was in the store. Only if he had told me “I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish” would I understand it. Dog they lost a client.

Went in there with my husband and my two kids there were THREE EMPLOYEES not even a greeting and didn’t even pay any attention to us decided to leave because they were all huddled up in a corner talking about what’s app went in there to switch and now I lost interest in AT&T especially with that type of store service .

I been a “valued customer” for 3+ years. Always experience rude and lazy staff at this location. I asked for a simple favor of printing a piece of paper and they could not do it for me. My wife has Verizon so we stopped in store a mile away and they were happy to help me. I will be switching carriers. This place has very poor customer service. Listen to the negative reviews at this place. Beware

It seems to be 50/50 at this store. Jose upgraded my mom's phone with no problem at all, he had to order me a phone so I had to wait to upgrade mine. My mom went since I had to work and the lady that attended her did not ask any questions, put the wrong email, didn't ask for my samsung info and my phone service didn't transfer to the new phone. Terrible service. If Jose isn't there I'd say just walk out.
