I been a “valued customer” for 3+ years. Always experience rude and lazy staff at this location. I asked for a simple favor of printing a piece of paper and they could not do it for me. My wife has Verizon so we stopped in store a mile away and they were happy to help me. I will be switching carriers. This place has very poor customer service. Listen to the negative reviews at this place. Beware

It seems to be 50/50 at this store. Jose upgraded my mom's phone with no problem at all, he had to order me a phone so I had to wait to upgrade mine. My mom went since I had to work and the lady that attended her did not ask any questions, put the wrong email, didn't ask for my samsung info and my phone service didn't transfer to the new phone. Terrible service. If Jose isn't there I'd say just walk out.

I had an unfortunate issue with my old iPhone, but I’m so grateful to Rachel & Melanie for going above & beyond on helping me resolve the issue. They were both very helpful & patient & explained everything in detail what I had to do & thanks to them I have a brand new iPhone which I love.If you have any problems I recommend you come here & they will gladly help you out. They were so welcoming to me & my parents. I was so appreciative of them both !

AT&T can shut this store down ASAP! Walk in, its 50/50 if you will be greeted or not, and it's 3 Salesman sitting on their Butts laughing and giggling. Knowledge of Popular Tech isn't present at this location, I think the Customers know more than the Salesman. They have a Promo for switching to AT&T and the S23, but they have just the basics for the phone they are Promoting, yet there is 8000 iPhone cases and accessories HAHAHAHAHA folks I can't make this up. If you are close to another store, GO THERE.

Courtney was phenomenal, despite me not being fully prepared. She was very informative and patient with me and my hyper 3 year old. I had to depart at one point to get documentation from my wife ( the account holder) and when I returned she jumped right in. Outstanding service and very easy once everything was prepared.
