Pilot Travel Center in Haines City, FL is a normal Pilot truck stop offering friendly service and everything needed on the road. The store is clean, well maintained, and stocked, with professional and very friendly staff who are the best in Florida. Amenities include fuel, high-speed pumps, EV charging, Wi-Fi, and clean restrooms. The showers are clean with lots of hot water and decent pressure. For food, there is a variety of fresh food, snacks, drinks, the best coffee, and the usual fare like sandwiches, pizza, and wings, plus a Denny's inside. The truck parking lot is small, with spots that are tight and often always full. Overnight parking is available but involves a paid parking scheme, which some find too expensive. While the location provides safe parking and consistent service, the limited and tight parking can be a challenge.

They get four stars just because they have a Cinnabon inside which is rare other than that typical gas station with food options staff isn't the most friendly
