Got there at 2:00 pm I was told that by not having a appointment I had to wait like an hour to add my daughter to my checking account so I waited antil 3:30 that a young lady came over and told me that they won’t be able to see me if I want to make a appointment for tomorrow and I told her why they just didn’t tell me that earlier also I see only one is busy and two just on phones she said sorry we can’t. I tell you I cecee going there no more and Well Fargo Management should look it to this because if they done this to me how many other people have they done this to while they might want to open a account or anything else

Bad customer service, I don’t know how a bank can act this way. I highly recommend everyone close their accounts and switch to an institution with some integrity.

Wells Fargo needs to better. Went in to cash a EFS check drawn off of wells Fargo by a mega trucking company and the staff refused to cash it needles to say I will not be moving any account to wells fargo. Y'all need to train your staff better

I came to open an account on a Saturday i can’t come in the week i work 9-6 bank is close when i get off and i came 1 hr before closing no body there and the employee refused to open an account to me saying a lot of excuses that he don’t have the time at the moment, he got another appointment, then he say the line was full, and he need to help them and bla, bla, bla all the time he spend saying all that crab he could take the time and help me open an account really bad customer service don’t came to this branch.

Nola I believe is her name is very unprofessional, and rude. I have been with Wells Fargo since they took over wachovia....and I am closing my account because of the customer service received at this location.

I was with Wells Fargo when it was Wachovia, and then they bought First Union. So along time. I hated it when they closed the one on 27 & 544. But honestly it has add so many great features I will never change. By adding Bilt they write my checks for my rent and many utilities and mail them "PLUS" they give me points for doing it. Short of charging everything, you don't get anything, but time, trouble and postage. The only thing I can say it they are great.

The line is almost to the street there is only 2 people working and they have to ask for supervision or something Wells Fargo if you are going to close all locations please tell us so we can go with another bank ? they might be want to work no like this bank

Literally the worst bank ever. I’ve been a customer over 10 years and they basically refused to notarize my paper. First time I asked in the drive through because I was busy that day, the worker quickly referred me to local notaries where I would have to pay. I asked him why would I pay when the bank does is for free? Which he ignored wand said I can walk in and don’t need an appointment. I went into the branch the next day early in the morning and told them I needed my paper notarized. One of the branch workers (a woman) said I would have to do a online sign up appointment to wait in line which I didn’t mind because I live only 5 mins away not to mention the sign up said I was the next person in line. At this point it’s 1/2 pm and the notification keeps saying I’m the next person in line so I drive up to the branch. At this point the branch is empty and a few people only in line for withdrawal. A male work approaches me and asked me what do I need . I told him my situation and he said the 2 people who notarizes documents went on lunch together. I explained to him I can’t wait all day to and I’ve already waited 4/5 hours for something that takes less than 2 mins to do. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Not to mention the lady I spoke with earlier was still there and went to the back to avoid me. The paper was for my school because I got accepted in my program to further my education in the medical field. Nice to know this is how you treat a healthcare worker. I was so disgusted by the laziness, unprofessionalism, inconsistency, and terrible customer service. This was the icing on the cake from other terrible experiences I had. I will be closing my account asap.
